AVOID USING ONTHEMARKET
I have been using other portals for a while and thought give onthemarket a chance and my experience been horrible. What they promised did not deliver, they will ignore and ignore you and only chase you for payments. Signed a 6 month contract but they forced a 3 month notice period. On a such short contract how can you put such conditions. Their portal does not work, the representative literally pestered me to sign the contract and then disappeared, after having many conversations with issues to be fixed nothing was done and now I am left with a huge bill.
I would give them 0 star if possible! Avoid at all cost

BE VERY CAREFUL USING ON THE MARKET - They are Hosting Fraudsters with No Vetting of advertisements.
My partner and I have recently fallen victims to fraud via a post through On The Market. The fraudsters have advertised AirBnB Properties which they rent out to get the keys, show you around, and then take your money and leave.
We contacted on the market to have this one that defrauded us taken down. They complied after a day but said for anything else it's up to US to go contact their complaints department.
Within a day we have seen another pop up under a different name doing the exact same thing.
Clearly no review or vetting of the agent has been done. They clearly don't care who is advertising on their site as long as they get money.

Most of the properties already hone or reserved but the agencies forget to upload it. The agencies never responded, they answered for the phone call, but when you tell the address of the property the already knew itâs gone/reserved. I tried. Called more than 30 propertiesâs contact number. All was the same. âWhich prop!â âXY.â âItâs reserved. Bye.â
Only 1 lady talked with me nicely and not like a machine. So all the website is a joke. You cannot follow the property where you sent enquirer, and the searches gone time to time.

I travelled 40 minutes for them not even to wait 5
I made an appointment with âLet Safeâ to view a property the same day, I was running late as I was travelling via public transport and rang them up to let them know. I was 5 minutes late to the viewing and nobody was there. I knocked and rang the office only for them to inform me she had moved to her next appointment. I had travelled 40 minutes to this viewing, for them to not even wait 5 minutes even though I gave them notice I was late. If this is indicative of how they treat their tenants do not use them. In future if your agents are going to leave the property you should let the person know who is coming to view it or just wait longer than 5 minutes or just donât book back to back appointments for your agents.

Website is average. Devastatingly average. Filters don't work well (search for properties expressly excluding new-builds and half the properties returned are....yes, you guessed it....new builds). Tried to send message to On The Market using their 'contact us' webform and all I get is an error 'Captcha failed', to which the only option is to click a button 'I understand', which just clears the error. No, I don't understand. I don't understand why nobody tested this site before releasing it to the general public.

The property 31a hawks road kingston has been an horrendously bad living experience. There has been a constant leak into the the downstairs room under showers and toilets. There has been constant growth of mould in the property due to damp. The electrics are not safe due to damp and leaks. The landlord is rude and does not do anything about the issues of the property.
