There is no option for ânoâ can be chose for the valuation . If you donât tick yes, you are simply unable to send out your enquiry.
All listing are sold. They sell your data to property agent for profit.

We drove 1,5h too view the property to only discover that is for 12 months rent - add said min tenancy 12 months which is suggesting that the longer the better and this is what we ware looking for.
A lovely man who was at the property shared that people are coming from much further places to also be shocked at the length of the contract cup! Imaginge driving all day to view peppery which you want to rent long term to find out that after a year you have to move out! What a waste of time, petrol and energy!
And where are those private landlords? Adds about the site says is private landlords but there is 1 landlord per 200 agencies. What's the point using OTM?

On the market are absolutely useless at updating sites. Myself and partner have messaged at least 17 places and and have been informed each time they have been sold a week or more before our contact.
