Have had such a wonderful experience with onward, Lisa has been amazing from start to finish, always putting my mind at rest during the buying process, sat in our new house now and could not be happier, thank you for everything!

I moved in 2020 had nothing but trouble with a nieghbour Eddie banging on windows ect .
My ceiling needed doing they said it needed a lick of paint. Threatened them with solicitors as they fob you off got no money ect . It's over 55s .all there bringing in homeless as its easy as they get housing benefit.
The scheme manager bial muninin isn't qualified as he's not done first aid ect and very good in meeting saying we done this that and the other.
I called h a pathological lier as his boss is there KURRAN butt .he threatened you with a section 21. .
Bial muninin said he was leaving going somewhere else. I wished he stayed there . We had a lad called Paul
We was always in the room the door was always open ect people came doing meals for one. Then we go told bial muninin coming back the door was locked we couldn't get in the room as he locked it and uses our electricity to keep warm. We reported it office don't listen.
The Italian screaming all hours drinking 4 to 6 bottles at 4 in the morning reported to housing association they don't do nothing as they just want money.
The lad 22 smashed his flat up inc doors 🚪 and a cracked window 🪟 housing association don't do nothing. All l get of them is why don't l move. I told them NO I NOT SMASHED MY KITCHEN UP INC DOORS. OR TAKING DRUGS THEN INVITES ALL THE TRAMPS OF THE SHOPPING CENTRE GIVING CIGS TO THEM ALL. The housing said why don't l move. Told them no l got ground floor flat walk in shower and under a LOT OF HOSPITAL APPOINTMENTS. I'm staying. I not broke my tenancy.
Flat 16 broke his and flat 21 broke his ..l don't want to hear they got health problems .there self inflicted. I got mine. L got tempted scrocise epilepsesy. Diabetes . Ancytie inc other illness. The housing association said you find another property. I said no

Helpful customer service right from finding our new home, to buying it and resolving snags! We love our new home and would recommend Onward Housing!

I have bought a house through Onward Homes and have had issue after issue with faults and repairs that need doing. Onward are a complete waste of space. I cannot ring the home ownership team directly as they won't give the number out and when I email them to complain they don't respond. I wish I had never bought a house through Onward, it is so frustrating and stressful. I am ringing and emailing every week and get nowhere. They don't listen to you and never sort anything out. Customer care is non existant.

This company is a joke stay away from tham.if you need a repair they dont turn up for about 3 weeks that's if your lucky bin on to tham again today but not getting back to me as usual 😡😡😡stay as far away from them as possible

You can have better communications between leaseholders and yourselves

Absolutely appalling from start to finish. We have been charged a service charge for our shared ownership property for over a year but have been informed that the contractors have already paid it for a year and due to still living on a building site we shouldn’t be paying until October 2024! I’ve sent multiple emails with the promise of a reply and refund to get nothing for over a month. I’ve called and been promised the same thing but again had NOTHING. Do not buy with these people. Trust me. I waited 6 months for my home to be “finished” only to still have multiple defects and problems!

Lisa was excellent to deal with from start to finish. We’re thrilled with our beautiful new home! Hopefully the superb customer service continues. Thank you so much.

I bought my first home with Onward Living and I absolutely love it! Thanks to shared ownership, I was able to get a foot on the property ladder in a location I wouldn’t have been ableh to buy in otherwise. The sales team were so helpful and friendly, couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have found Onward helpful from the beginning of the process. Any queries were dealt with efficiently and quickly. They are a committed and caring company

Communication was okay. Handover wasn’t the smoothest.

Bought our first home with Onward Living, cannot fault the process. Natalie was fantastic throughout the process making it a lot stressful than it can be buying a house.
