I am the retired warden living in the wardenâs house, adjacent to the main communal building at Littlemoor house in sabden, on Thursday I noticed I didnât have any internet, my provider said it was a BT issue, BT came and it seems there was a problem with the communal areas at Littlemoor house, while this was being investigated, my line was disconnected, BT came again on Friday to sort out my problem, they needed access to the warden office to sort out my disconnection, she told the BT engineer that she had to leave the site to go to another, while the engineer was back at my house, ( van on the driveway) the warden left, leaving the engineer unable to finish his job, and myself without internet until Monday, ( bearing in mind none of this wasnât my problem in the first place, Iâm also unable to watch television, as I share my tv aerial with sixteen flats, and for the past six years have paid concession, Iâm now told by the warden and her bosses that I donât qualify, tv licensing tell me that as I share the aerial and itâs on their records I have concession, that it is up to the wardenâs discretion, however I am not prepared to pay full licence, my reason for mentioning this is the channels I can watch I need internet, so havenât had a tv for four days either, make what you want of this diabolical service I know what I think , also on the 23/4/26 I reported to the warden , the roof of the communal building, where cement has fallen out leaving a gaping hole and possible asbestos showing , this is next to my grandsons bedroom window, the debris falling into my garden, up to today nothing has been done

Had DarrenBu come to do a repair on my bath taps today. He came out and fixed them and also spent time making sure the bath panel was fitted properly as the previous operative had left it in a mess. He was polite, friendly and a lovely guy. He also booked in the rest of the jobs that needed doing in the bathroom for me.

The job itself was done to a really high standard â everything looks clean, solid, and properly finished. You can tell she takes real pride in her work, which makes all the difference.

As a tenant (I am male) who is currently at risk of losing their home with onward, due to a dispute with my ex partner as to who will remain at the property, I have experienced first hand onwards bias towards certain tenants over others. I had to experience a housing officer prompting my ex partner what to say in mediation and then having to endure the housing officer blatantly deny this happened. When I started a complaints procedure the same housing officer had the audacity to suggest I had been offered help by onward which is a blatant lie. I face the reality of being made homeless while dealing with a debilitating neurological disability (Parkinson's) based on a housing officer who is so unsuited to her role that she would be out of her depth in a puddle. Onward homes provide a roof over your head but do not provide support to vulnerable tenants. Not good.

Michael, like majority of call centre people was very good, professional and helpful,the problem is, the back room staff, jobs take FOREVER,and it's excuse after excuse, we had a window fall out Nov 2023) yes two & half years ago, I've asked several times to get it painted, it's boarded up, and looks bloody awful, I've also got rotten windows, and was told I would probably get them next DECADE,but not apparently, they will be changed this year,no doubt it will probably be in the winter time, when it's the coldest wetest time. I see Onward picked the positive, from the review,and not a mention of fixing the communal stairwell window ( 2-5 years), ignore the faults.
