I Was Sent A Letter For Refinancing With Open Road. I Was Told That The $480.00 Payment Could Be Lowered To The $378.00 A Month By Going With Them. The Next Day, A Representative Quoted Me A Higher Payment Of $525.00 A Month. Why Would I Go Up From My Present Payment To A Higher One. So Sad That I Was Fully Mislead By Your Advertisement,No One Should Waste Their Time With This Company! So Sad!!

Adrian Renteria is the best!! I went to them fully expecting to be turned down but no... he helped me the whole way and I have to tell you that the entire process from applying, to my old finance company getting paid was less than a week AND during the holiday season too! Thank you Adrian Renteria so very much for answering all my crazy email questions right away... I'm a worrier.
