Great experience.

Allison Donaldson was extremely helpful with my refinance application. She would consistently reach out by phone and email whenever there was an update or if OpenRoad needed extra information from me. I have a busy schedule so I appreciated her using multiple avenues to get in contact with me to keep me up to date. The process was fairly quick and very simple.

Adrian made it easy by informing me of every step along the way. They would address my concerns as well, as someone who worries a lot- that’s extremely helpful.

Worst company to ever try to refinance through. Received their pre approval letter through the mail off lower rate and smaller payment. Showed me saying over $110 a month. Applied through the site with the offer code for the loan and was approved. Called the next day to be told that my rate was DOUBLE what they offered and even 3.5 percent HIGHER than my current rate. Like what??? Why even send out something that is false representation! I understand the rates aren’t set on their pre approval letters. But if you’re going to promise some type of savings and then when people take the credit hit say actually you’re rate is HIGHER than you’re currently paying? That’s a scam. Do not send out pre approvals if the rate you offer once the application is filled out isn’t AT ALL lower than your current one. A waste of time and a credit pull. THEN when our call to opt out of these pre approval letters they want your social? Why? You shouldn’t need my social to opt out of a letter in the mail if you didn’t need it to send me these scammy false rates? That’s sketchy in itself.. I have no idea how they’re accredited through the Better Business Bureau. I’d stay away if I were you, cause I wish I did.

STAY AWAY FROM COMPANY! Worst company that lies and scams you. Was told I was preapproved for double the amount the final payment was for. Each time I talked to someone the amount of savings I was told was cut by $10-$25 each time going down to half the amount of the original. Then on top of that they tell you that you are given a complimentary dent removal service for small dents. Which they then charge you for. I pay $2000 a year in insurance, I do not need to pay for some crap dent repair I was told was complimentary. I lost over a year of payments I made just to save a tiny amount, half than what I was told and then was scammed and lied to about about free services that they then tack onto your payment so they can make even more money. You lose valuable payments you make, take a hard credit hit only to save a small portion of what you are told at the beginning. They are a lying scammy company.

Fast and easy transition with great rates!

Shawn Kent made the process so easy! I have a busy schedule so it’s a bit hard for me to reach my phone. But he was patient and down to the point. 10/10 service thank you!

Horrible experience. Supplied all the documents they wanted then they came back at the last minute and said they would need different documents. Would not recommend in the least

Process was easy and my rep was with me patiently explaining things every step of the way. I would definitely recommend OpenRoad Lending to anyone.

Company always kept you well informed as to what was needed as was always there to help you if needed.

They were fast and friendly, they stayed in contact with me during the process.

Waste of time. Supposed to help people with lower credit scores get refinancing, but you don't. Save you 3-5 hard credit inquiry points and find another place to help. Shame on Credit Karma for saying I had a good chance of approval.

Kimberly Wood did a wonderful job of assisting me with the auto loan documents. She made everything easy and I really appreciated the assistance. She made the loan process smooth and easy.
