I was very hesitant about refinancing my car loan with OpenRoad because I knew nothing about them. When I reached out everyone was very helpful. I worked a lot with Tori and she was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very helpful in answering my questions and keeping me informed with the entire process. I just finished the process and OpenRoad made it possible for me to save a big chunk on my car payments. They are absolutely amazing and will help you with your needs in a very professional and caring manner.

Don't buy a car from these guys, sold me car that needed new everything which cost more than the cars value. Not what you need from a dealer. My first car which I worked hard for is nothing like they described it.

Terrance Davis was great he lead and instructed me on everything he wanted or need done as it was my first time refinancing a vehicle. Terrance reduced the pressure or stress when going through the process by really breaking down each task and expectation.

Thus far, doing business with open road has most definitely been a blessing. The process was easy and their correspondence has been quick, I will be saving almost $200 on car note payments! I recommend open road to anyone who is considering refinancing their vehicle!

Working with Open Road to refinance my vehicle was extremely easy and quick--and they got me a rate a full 2% below what I had been paying! The paperwork was minimal, and they were very responsive when I had any questions. I highly recommend them!

My experience when I had called them I didn't think I would make it. I went through so many companies to get my car car refinance. It felt like a blessing at 1st. I thought They just talk in good talk the second when I had to do all the paperwork very easy.
