Wrong Delivery Address
The package was delivered to the completely wrong address and luckily the owner decided to drop off to me at my location.
Deliveries need to be accurate at all times and not left to inexperienced delivery drivers.
Not very impressed.....

Not good trust
Not good trust - No communication, Not a new product, suspected mix of fronted websites for a single warehouse - here is my experience. I ordered sunglasses to which they state you will get a tracking # for international orders. No tracking was provided or retrievable on their website, and 3 emails asking went ignored. Only until a refund request was made did they respond with a DHL # for me to discover it was being held almost a week for pending duty. The order was also shipped from a Mazda showroom in Dubai.
On product examination out of the box it was clear the glasses have been handled enough to show a lot of scratches/chips in the resin finish from being opened and closed many times, possibly as a demo model or a return. Also one arm was clearly stretched outwards more and a bracket for the arm is bent out where on the other side the bracket is flush.
I sent them pictures and asked for a solution, again no reply. Furthermore, I suspect the website is paired with GulfOptic, another Dubai "store" that claims rep. from 1960s, that shares the same inventory and text content and showed the same pair was out of stock after ordering off OpticsOnline.
