I was extremely happy with the purchase it was very fast and it even included a sample. however I have been charged twice. Once on my credit card and then by the delivery man. How can this be fixed? Thank you

No reply, no confirmation number and took my money
I have been trying to contact them since 4 days nobody is answering my calls or emails. i have purchased online sunglasses and they took my money and didnt give me any confirmation number. it is still in the cart as if i didnt purchase anything.

The lenses ordered on March 31
The lenses ordered on March 31, delivered after 2 days on April 2. I was a bit confused about the delivery date - it was not mentioned in the email and nobody called me on April 1.
However, I got a free lens solution, thanks for this.
So my advice - better inform clients about the delivery time. Normally, I would prefer to know the delivery date and approximate time.
All the other things are ok. The courier had a face mask and gloves. Thanks for working during these hard times!
