Excellent Customer Service
I have been a customer of OptinMonster for several years and found the tools to be easy to use and effective at growing an email list. Just to give a little context, the main reason we do this is actually to protect your campaigns. We want to make sure there's zero interruption in your service, especially when your campaigns are performing well and you're seeing results. We'd hate for a winning campaign to suddenly pause just because a limit was hit.
That being said, we want you to have full control over your account! There is a setting right inside the app that allows you to disable "auto-upgrade" completely. This way, you can run your campaigns worry-free and decide exactly if or when you want to move to a paid tier. Hope that clears things up!
