Pop-up software that integrates and flex's to your needs / objective

OptinMonster is a versatile platform - you can build solutions to meet your specific data capture / pop-up requirements. Be that a simple pop-up to countdown to your annual conference, or a pop-up on exit intent with an offer code / include data capture forms - all of which can be integrated to your MarTech stack. Further, we recently implemented a legal disclaimer pop-up for first time visitors who clicked a link on our page, saw the pop-up and could then choose to accept the legal terms (convert) or not. If converted then any subsequent clicks on that page were able to pass through to the target URL without the pop-up showing again - This was a complex solution - BUT the SUPPORT i received and hand-holding from their support agents, creating demo videos, going into my campaign to bug fix for me - enabled me to deliver on the campaign intent, when it felt like i would not be able to meet my objectives.
Outstanding support.

Great app to increase your audience

Optinmonster have being helping us monetize our traffic better. Most of the times, your website visitors are not ready to buy, sometimes they need to follow up or just wait to have a deeper need of what you are selling. Great Service by Support People That Care About Answering/Solving Issues

Here's what I really like about OptinMonster Service:

*The support staff really tries to solve your problem. If they don't know, they include someone else with addiitonal expertise in that area.

* The thread doesn't stop until the issue/question is figured out.

My tenish(?) experiences with OptinMonster Customer Support have always been resolved, questions answered, and/or solution improved.

All the service staff has been great, but shoutout to Bronwyn who's the best. Thank you!

OptinMonster support is amazing

OptinMonster support is amazing! I was stuck on quite a few parts of my form, but Bronwyn was able to help me create 2 codes that solved all of my issues. I cannot thank the support staff enough for helping me, it's due to them that we now have a working form.

I was unexpectedly charged by OptinMonster following an automatic plan upgrade, a move that directly contradicts their "You will not be charged" assurance provided at the free trial signup. This unexpected billing, despite the explicit promise made during the credit card information submission, has raised serious concerns about their transparency and billing practices.
