Very expensive shipping for the what it offers: 2 weeks to deliver my order, and the delivery notification DID NOT include the pick-up point address. I literally had to guess it.

Customer service is non-existent. I tried to contact them by email twice, but it seems that the email address does not exist (?), since I got post master and Mail Delivery Subsystem error messages.

I also filled in the website contact form, but nobody reached back to me.

The only good thing is the t-shirt that I bought: I could only could find it on their website, and it arrived in correct size.

Great local shop for ballers, and that's a rare thing nowadays. This time we bought online, after the order was taken it took few days to process it (5 working days) but as soon as we contacted the customer service they replied. My opinion is that the world needs to slow down, not all the shops are Amazon bol or foot locker processing and selecting in few days, small shops like these are gems that we need praise!

J’étais un peu sceptique après avoir vu les avis négatifs, mais en fin de compte, tout s’est très bien passé. Les articles reçus sont de bonne qualité, le colis est arrivé en parfait état en France en une dizaine de jours max, malgré la période des fêtes et des week-ends. Je recommande !

Desondanks oud en nieuw heb ik mijn schoenen zonder moeite ontvangen, maar wel wat vertraagd en zonder bericht. Als zaken vertraagd worden (oud en nieuw is te begrijpen) is het fijn als hierover gecommuniceerd wordt. Maar voor de rest is het goed verlopen en de schoenen zijn erg mooi.

Half of the order is canceled without any explanation. Other half arrived in the wrong size. Tried to get in contact with you guys, but no response to mail email or telephone calls. Finally a response after two weeks with solutions that make no sense. ‘You can try the shoes’. I orderd a shirt…

Première expérience chez Oqium et je suis ravie les meilleurs prix sans doute expédition rapide toujours informé via e-mail le expéditeur est arriver pile à l'heure indiquée. Je recommande vivement Oqium !!!

Ik ben al een aantal keren naar Amsterdam geweest naar hun fysieke winkel en daar is alles in orde, toffe schoenen en kleren voor een goede prijs. Afgelopen dinsdag heb ik dan op hun webshop iets gekocht omdat er korting was, heb direct betaalt en kreeg onmiddellijk een confirmatie mailtje gekregen. Online staat er dat het meestal 2-3 dagen duurt om te versturen in de benelux dus verwachte toch binnen de 2 max 3 dagen een volgend mailtje over dat het verstuurd werd. Het is inmiddels zondag meer dan 5 dagen later en heb nog niks van update ontvangen. Ik heb al verschillende keren naar hun service mail gestuurd maar kreeg geen antwoord en ik kreeg zelfs een geautomatiseerde mail terug van Google dat het mail adres niet meer toegekend was. Ik heb ze al proberen te bellen zelfs die telefoonnummers bestaan niet meer. Ik geef ze nog een aantal dagen de kans in de hoop dat ik mijn schoenen dan krijg en geef ze nog een beetje het voordeel van de twijfel dat het nu een drukke periode is. Maar dat geeft geen excuus dat ze praktisch on bereikbaar zijn. Ik raad deze webshop niet aan.

No communication, no updates on shipping, no resolution. If you don’t have any insurance on online payments just don’t order here. You will likely loose your money.

I bought shoes on sale on the 27th of december, got an email 3 days later saying it would arive the 31st. It has been 3 weeks and my package still has not been sent… :(

More transparency on the actual waiting times and receiving an update would be really appreciated.

Mon expérience avec Oquim a été extrêmement décevante. J'ai retourné une commande (n°168753) le 9 octobre 2024, livrée au marchand le 22 octobre 2024, comme confirmé par leur plateforme de retour. Malgré plusieurs relances par email et via le support, je n'ai reçu ni remboursement ni réponse de leur part.

Le service client est totalement absent, les délais annoncés ne sont pas respectés, et aucune solution ne m'a été proposée malgré mes multiples tentatives pour obtenir des nouvelles.

Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise à quiconque. Si vous devez effectuer un retour ou demander un remboursement, préparez-vous à une gestion désastreuse et à une absence totale de communication.
