Orant Neon レビュー

Really easy to order and see what we were getting on the website. We were also surprised how fast we received it. It really helps our business and looks great.

Unboxing Review – Orant Neon Custom Sign (20")

I’m really happy with how my custom sign from Orant Neon turned out. The final product matches the mockup exactly—even the fine detailing I wasn't sure would make it through the production process is spot on. The build quality is excellent, the lighting is bright and even, and the acrylic backing enhances the overall presentation beautifully.

There are a few small details worth mentioning—not dealbreakers by any means, but good to know if you’re considering ordering:

This is an LED sign, not traditional gas-filled neon. That’s made clear in their product listing, but I initially overlooked it when I ordered. It's worth noting for those seeking that classic flicker or hum—this is modern LED neon: safer, cooler, and energy-efficient.

They ship from Shanghai, China, though the contact address is in New York. Delivery was fast, but international shipping might matter to some (especially if you're watching for import fees—none for me this time).

The wireless dimmer remote requires a CR2025 battery, which is not included. Minor inconvenience, but something to plan for.

No instructions were provided for either the remote or the mounting system. The remote is intuitive (brightness control and several speed-adjustable effects), but the mounting process needs prep: you'll want a Phillips screwdriver (not just a bit driver—clearance is tight unless you have long bits), a drill, and a 7/32" bit.

These are minor nits—definitely not enough to lose a star—but worth being aware of before you unbox and install.

My sign just arrived today. I am sooooooooo pleased with how it turned out! It looks better than the proof that they sent. When I first thought about ordering a sign I wasn’t really sure about it. Now that I have received my sign I am so grateful I ordered it! What an amazing way to showcase my brand! Thank you for an amazing job done on my sign!

Fantastic service and product

Just got our sign and was totally impressed with how it turned out!! If you need a sign for your business these are the people to go to!! Excellent job!!

I ordered two signs one for outdoor one for inside very expensive for the sign. They sent me both in one package and did not tell me which one is for outdoor and which one is for outdoor. I cannot find out.

The communication was super. The turn around time was so fast and the sign I had made was better than expected. It is grrrrrrreat. Can’t wait to see the look on my son’s face.

It came out perfectly. I love it

My sign was really easy to order and packaged safely and shipped quickly. It looks great in my auditorium and people love how it looks. I will be ordering from Orant Neon again!

Received my sign yesterday. Looks FANTASTIC! What a great special gift to give my Bride. The customization process went as smooth as could be. The mini version of the sign was an added bonus. Will be sure to tell my friends what a wonderful company to deal with.

Son los mejores …. Valió la pena la inversión …. Los recomiendo definitivamente.

I keep seeing ads on social media about Orant. I had been wanting an outdoor neon sigh for my business so I contacted them and provided a pic of my logo. Their team responded promptly and sent me some sample designs. I picked one of the three choices and they got right to work on it. When it arrived we were blown away as the pictures did not do any justice to the real thing. We hung the next morning and since that day many thumbs up’s and compliments from our customers. We will order a second sign soon for our business….thanks Orant Neon..

Great experience! They did multiple turns to make sure the colors were right. Product arrived in perfect condition. Great service!

Great service! Great quality! Exactly as described and simply a great firm to do business with. Absolutely placing another order

I ordered 2 Neon signs that were 30 inch each for my business and my sons business. I had a rush on my order due to wanting to give my son his for his birthday present......I received both neon signs in perfect condition. The quality is excellent and I'd be very happy to do business with Orant Neon again. I have several more I'll order in the near future. Definitely 5 stars....Thanks Orant Neon.......Gregs Lawn Care.

I was originally put off by the cost of the sign since I wasn't really wanting to spend what I was originally quoted. But the Orant Rep listened and worked with me to find a common ground between design and cost. Between the service and the quality of the product I received, I couldn't be happier! It is obvious effort and attention to detail went in to making my Spurs lighted sign something I am proud to show off in my Game Room! Well done guys!!

Unfortunately i had a huge nasty scratch on my sign fresh out of the plastic wrap it came in. But the sign works great. And looks amazing.

They work with me and make my logo look great like how i expected good work.

They claim in their name its neon and only in the fine print does it tell you it's LED If I were looking for a modern look it would be fine. And NO I did not do my due diligence and read the entire web site (that's on me). As for customer They were not any help.
