Orant Neon レビュー

Sign is not backlit as it looks in the picture. If you attempt to add a backlight, the cord that is running down the middle in the back shows through the light. Disappointing.

my businesses have ordered 3 neon signs from Orant....fast ship time and excellent product & customer service !!!

Orant did a great job converting our graphic to neon. They answered all my questions and were friendly and timely in doing so. Lastly, the product was affordable and exceeded our expectations.

The customer service was outstanding. They stayed in contact with me until I received my sign. The sign was done perfectly. They contacted me after I received my sign to make sure everything was to my expectations and it was working properly and not damaged. I give 5 stars. Excellent product.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. I am a single mother starting a business and ordered my business sign via this company. The mock up I was sent looked nothing like original and my sign was broken and did not light up. You could not even read my business name it was translucent. I begged for a refund and they bait and switched me to send more money to get my business name lit up. They stated no refunds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I am mortified. I have no sign and spent a lot of money.

We ordered a sign for our miniature golf course and it turned out amazing. I used AI to design a logo and then sent it to Orant. It turned out perfect and only took about two weeks to arrive.

We recently ordered a sign for our business and when it arrived there was an error and had to be reworked. Daisy and the Orant Neon team jumped all over it quickly and we had a new sign very quickly. We love the sign and always felt like the Orant Neon team had our back the entire process. Thank You!

The team at Orant Neon were helpful from the start. They had everything needed to begin the project, like the logo artwork, the art description, and the size dimensions. The mockup artwork that they've shown to me on email was exactly what I wanted for my sign to look. I appreciated the discount that they've given me as well as their patience and time. I'm happy with what I have received. The shipping time was really fast, too. Overall, they're a good company to invest in when it comes to promoting your product. For me, it's my podcast. I wanna get the word out. Orant Neon is an absolute 100.

He recently purchased a neon sign for the owners of our bar as a Christmas gift and they are over the moon with it. The quality is great. The lighting is perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better neon. As far as the ordering and shipping process, it was received quicker than expected, which is a huge plus I will definitely be shopping the website again if I am in need of a neon again

The sign looked great and customer service was very helpful. The remote stopped working after a few days of receiving the sign so I contacted customer service and they determined it was the dimmer malfunction. They immediately sent out 2 new dimmers and the remote now functions properly.

Best money I ever spent for my high school golf program.

They have done two signs for us and they are fantastic. They were a surprise for a friend and they are both prominently displayed in their business, the detail and colors are tremendous. Customer service was very good and understanding about issues. They kept their promise and I would recommend without reservation.

Great sign!! we are so happy with our sign

Responsive customer service, swift delivery, and I LOVE the sign, it is everything I wanted it to be. I HIGHLY recommend them. Great company!

The sign is decent but the customer service is terrible. I paid for a battery pack and did not receive. I need to request a refund for that but it is impossible to talk with anyone and they don't reply to texts. Will never do business with them again. To me, customer service is the most important factor for any company and they fail miserably in that category.

Orant Neon did an excellent job recreating the artwork that I submitted for creating a light for my project. I also enjoyed the miniature creation. Thanks. I will order more and refer my friends.

I worked with Chloe who was great and guiding me the whole way. I was nervous ordering online even with seeing the proof but I am beyond happy with the product. It looks exactly like the proof and every customer that comes in compliments us on how nice it is. Thank you guys so much!

I was a bit unsure of the company initially as I found them via Instagram. However, from the first inquiry to post sales support, they have been excellent at every phase of the process. Pre order was great, post order great, post delivery great, and after delivery technical support fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful neon sign, Orant Neon.

Excellent sign and designing. Matched my logo exact and everything arrived perfectly. (Slight shipping address issue, but there was constant communication and they sent a new sign to the correct address). Would recommend to anyone.

From the beginning of my inquiry of a sign for my business the communication was excellent. Jenn was amazing and worked patiently with me to insure that the design is exactly what I was looking for. Even though there was a mishap with shipping Orant stepped up and made things right! In a time where customer service in underwhelming, Orant Neon was extremely impressive. Thank you for putting the customer first!
