Orbion Jewels レビュー

Gorgeous ring! Excellent quality. Lovely customer service. I was nervous about ordering without seeing the ring in person, but Orbison sent me a video of my ring before they shipped it to make sure it was perfect. I couldn’t be happier!

Superior quality ring design. Excellent responsive communication through seller. 5 star experience.

Kunal from Orbion Jewels helped source me a gorgeous natural yellow diamond for a natural diamond wedding set. It is one of the most sparkly rings I’ve even seen, and truly stunning. The communication and professionalism is top notch.

I have purchased two pieces from Orbion so far (a moissanite pendant and a lab diamond ring) and I wouldn't hesitate to order again. For my pendant, I asked for a number of customizations to one of their existing designs; and my ring was completely custom based on a few example pictures and ideas I sent. Both came out exactly as I wanted. No issues at all with communication (they kept me updated on status and sent progress photos for approval regularly). They are total pros at what they do!

Made it easy. Good service.

My experience with Orbion was fantastic. My ring is absolutely stunning. I can’t wait to order from them again!

My experience with Orbion Jewels was exceptional! From the moment I placed my order, I received stellar customer service from Kunal. He confirmed every detail of my order and even sent me photos of my ring before shipment, which I truly appreciated. When the ring arrived, it exceeded all of my expectations and genuinely left me speechless! The quality is outstanding, and the unique craftsmanship and attention to detail completely blew me away. My ring is absolutely beautiful, and I could not be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend Orbion Jewels to anyone looking for a stunning, beautifully crafted piece and exceptional customer service!

Was a bit nervous about making such a big and important purchase over the internet but Isha and the Orbion team were absolutely amazing! Would definitely buy from them again! They were communicative the entire time and were quick to answer any questions!

Amazing craftsmanship and customer service! Would highly recommend for any jewelry needs :)

My experience with Orbion was seamless. Their customer service was excellent and they produced beautifully crafted ring - with a one of a kind centre stone - that I will enjoy wearing for many years.

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and craftsmanship by Orbion. They are patient, professional, and very responsive to my questions regarding my customised pendant. I am so happy that I chose them to make my dream pendant. Completely satisfied with my experience.

I LOVE the engagement ring I got from them. We were traveling to India and had a tight timeframe but they worked with our timelines and had the ring delivered to our hotel in Mumbai exactly when they said they would. The quality of the ring is superb, the shine on the moissanite is fantastic and overall the team was great to work with! I would definitely go back for any other jewelry in the future.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Communication was amazing; they understood I wanted a specific coloured stone and verified the stone colour before crafting the ring and confirmed the final piece in a video before shipping it out. My ring is absolutely stunning and has exceeded my expectations! A brilliant experience, I highly recommend them! 10/10 for quality and customer service! I have since bought a ring for my daughter from them and waiting on it to arrive now too!

I was so nervous to order a ring off Etsy, and from another country. I’m glad I trusted my gut and the already great reviews because it ended up being a great experience! My ring is lovely and high quality.

I was a bit nervous ordering a custom ring via an online seller but decided to take the leap. From the get-go, communication was stellar, which made me feel much more comfortable ordering from them for the first time. I sent in an inspiration for a design and they created a CAD to help me visualize. They also suggested an alternative gem because the one I wanted was too fragile. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. I received the ring well in advance of the anticipated date, and it looks amazing! I would 100% order from them again.

My fiancée and I had an amazing experience working with Soniya and Kunal. They were incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful throughout the custom design process and brought my dream ring to life perfectly.

The ring is absolutely stunning in person. The craftsmanship is beautiful, the champagne moissanite is gorgeous, and every detail turned out even better than we hoped. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we always felt like they genuinely cared about getting everything right.

We couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a custom engagement ring!

I ´m very happy with my ring - with it´s minimalistic elegance in the design and the mesmerizingly beautiful stone. It´s well made and looks and feels like a quality item.
Customer service was great, with swift, friendly and helpful communication and pictures of the finished ring for approval before delivery.
Once the production of the ring was done delivery was pretty fast, and it arrived in the most adorable little soft pink velvet box.
So I ´m really happy with my purchase from Orbion and would gladly return, and recommend them to others!

I had an amazing experience working with Kunal/Orbion jewels. I bought a stock ring that I still got to approve the stone for and a custom ring that turned out even better than I imagined it. I would definitely work with them again.

Beautiful piece, regular communication during the process from Orbion, looks exactly as pictured, came sooner than scheduled!
