With so many shops offering moissanite and lab diamonds this shop wins on it all!

I'm sooo obsessed with it! It looks exactly as pictured and the owner was so sweet whenever I sent them a message saying I accidentally placed my order with the wrong size! They messaged me back the next day even though they were on vacation (!!!) and said it was nbd and they'll get it updated 🥲 I paid the extra $ for express shipping so I could make sure to have it before my company's Christmas party the first week of December, and when I asked about it they ensured it would get to me by then. I was so excited when it arrived even earlier than that and I got to wear it to the in-laws for Thanksgiving! Highly recommend checking them out if you're on the fence about it!! 🩷

Great communication, fast shipping, beautiful craftsmanship. The ring turned out to be everything I'd ever hoped for

I love the custom champagne moissanite earrings I got from Orbion Jewels! The quality is impeccable! Kunal was a pleasure to work with. Excellent communication every step of the process. I highly recommend working with them for exceptional jewelry!

Orbion was extremely responsive to all of my feedback while working on a semi-custom piece. They were really prompt with responding and sent me photos and videos throughout the entire process. Shipping was also faster than I expected and easy to track, and I was stunned with how beautiful the ring is when I received it. I would definitely recommend this seller!

I ordered a custom wedding ring set from Orbison and it turned out so beautifully. The craftsmanship is amazing and it’s definitely worth the price. Soniya was very communicative and answered all my questions I had. The process was very easy and I got sent videos of my ring before they shipped it to make sure it was what I wanted. I would 100 percent shop at this store again and I highly recommend them to anyone that’s looking! You won’t be disappointed.

They have excellent customer service and are always quick to respond. They consistently sent pictures and updates to get my approval with each step of making the ring. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and very well-made! I would definitely recommend this shop!

I am absolutely thrilled with my engagement ring and had such a wonderful experience ordering from Orbion Jewels. Kunal was so thoughtful in his communication throughout the whole process. He was very professional and thorough with his questions, sent me mockups and then final photos before sending the final product. I felt he really cared that I was getting exactly what I wanted. It can be a bit worrying ordering something so precious online, but once we started talking, I felt confident in my decision. I am so happy with my ring and can't thank Kunal and Orbion Jewels enough.

Absolutely amazing company, responding quickly, extremely helpful, and polite. The quality of the ring is absolutely amazing, exactly as I asked! Very professional company amazing customer service.

Their customer service is the best! I ordered a custom engagement ring and they were extremely patient and detailed when iterating on the design with my (many) comments. I'm so happy with how the ring came out and the packaging was also fantastic - the brown box that the ring came in was very sturdy and the ring box itself was fuzzy and felt luxurious to the touch.

The seller was amazing at customer service! They always updated me on the process and confirmed with me that I was happy with the ring. The ring is absolutely stunning and exactly what my partner envisioned and dreamed of! I would highly highly highly recommend Orbison!

Absolutely LOVE my new ring!! Orbion was prompt in responding to my 1000 questions, resized the ring for me prior to shipment and sent it out when they said they would. With so many different vendors to choose from I couldn’t be happier with my choice. It was also packaged beautifully - can’t recommend enough :)

I ordered earrings from Orbion, and they're absolutely gorgeous! The customer service was top-notch too—very supportive throughout.

I FOUND THE RING I WANTED & ASKED FOR SOME SLIGHT CHANGES. I MESSAGED ORBION JEWELERS AND THEY ASSURED ME THEY COULD MAKE THE CHANGES EASILY. I RECEIVED MY BEAUTIFUL RING FASTER THAN EXPECTED. GOOD ALL AROUND!

The ring was beautiful. My gf is going to love her engagement ring. We were able to resize the gem with no problem at all. They are great at communicating.

They worked with me on a custom design and were so responsive to all my questions and requests. The ring turned out even more beautiful than I imagined! Highly recommend

Soniya helped me design a custom pear shaped pendant. They specifically cut the moissanite stone to match the design I wanted. They confirmed the design every step of the way with pictures and videos before shipping it out. Highly recommend the Orbion team! I would order from them again in the future :)
