Orbion Jewels レビュー

I found Orbion through word of mouth on Reddit and discovered their reputation for excellent craftsmanship, quality, and customer service. I ordered a 2.5ct. OMC lab diamond ring and it came out better than I expected. Kunal and Soniya are friendly, kind, and clear communicators that made me feel reassured through the whole process. The shipping and tracking was on time. Also, I didn't know how much to expect, but when you buy from oversees, you will need to pay some extra $$ for VAT/import taxes. My ring was an additional $315, so keep in mind of this when you purchase. Overall, I highly recommend Orbion to all the antique stone lovers out there!

Ordered a pendant from Orbion and am so so happy with the whole experience. The pendant is beautiful, feels heavy and well made, and shipping was fast/as expected. Overall great experience!

Kunal and Soniya, where do I start?
From all the conversations and answering my doubts and questions, they really knocked it out of the ballpark! I had an amazing experience. The craftsmanship is BEAUTIFUL. The ring is exactly as described. The packaging was very nice. They really pay attention to detail. I am so impressed. The ring got here so quickly as well. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate. Kunal and team will take utmost care of your request and exceed your expectations. I will always recommend Orbion and will definitely purchase from his shop in the future.

I have made 2 custom design orders with OrbionJewels this year and the final products far exceeded my expectations. Kunal and his team gave me regular updates on the design process and were very courteous and professional. The diamonds they sourced were absolutely stunning and sparkly and I very much enjoy having these beautiful pieces of jewelry in my daily collection. Would highly recommend working with them!

Kunal and team provided amazing customer service, very quick response times which is impressive considering the time difference between USA and India. I did a custom order and they nailed any tweaks I requested to the design. I wanted an old mine cushion lab diamond but I rarely see a lab OMC that looks like an actual antique, it’s usually obvious that it’s a modern cut. However, Orbion’s OMC cut is indistinguishable from an actual antique. The 18k gold is stunning. It’s been about 6 months since my engagement and I wear the ring everyday. The craftsmanship is incredible, all of the prongs are perfectly placed and tight on the stone, even now. The ring box included in the packaging was beautiful. From the customer service to the craftsmanship and presentation, the experience felt like working with a skilled, local jeweler. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

I had a really great experience ordering from Orbion, I ordered both my engagement ring and my wedding ring from there. Kunal was so friendly and the response times were really fast. I ordered the fast shipping option too and it shipped to Germany from India way quicker than I had thought. I can recommend them 100%!

Incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail. I had been looking for an engagement ring design and they were the only ones to pull it off. They exceeded our expectations completely! Their customer service as well is amazing, I requested a custom order with a very tight timeline and they were able to pull it off with days to spare. I would highly recommend them for any custom pieces!

This was my first time designing a custom piece of jewelry, and it was my engagement + wedding ring set, no less! I chose Orbion after reading so many rave reviews about them and I'm so, so very glad I did.

Kunal and his team are absolutely lovely. They were quick to respond to messages, open to all my design ideas (and believe me, I put them through the absolute wringer with my indecisiveness and design redos) but also offered practical advice for durability and making sure the designs worked well together. They give you the impression that they want you to have the ring of your dreams, but also something that will last. I felt very comforted, and not like they were just going to say yes to anything as long as they got my money.

They were extremely patient and kind the whole way, and we had been talking for months. They really make you feel like you're the only customer with how attentive and quick they are... it was really quite impressive considering their large customer base!

The rings arrived today and I'm blown away by how beautifully they managed to do all the fine, delicate little details.

If you're considering them for custom work, rest assured you'll have an amazing (and stress-free, very important when planning a wedding!) experience :)

OrbionJewels on Etsy is the best! I had my engagement ring and wedding band made with them and both experiences were amazing. Kunal is great; he is kind and knowledgeable. He made sure my rings were exactly what I wanted, but offered his advice to ensure both pieces were durable. Both were also made in a timely manner and I was very happy with the shipping process. I would 100% work with Obion again!

I ordered a ring with Orbion in September. They were great to work with, answering all my questions and providing accommodation for adding express shipping to my order.

I love wearing my ring. It is unique, and I can tell the craftsmanship is excellent. I definitely recommend their team for any custom or moissanite jewelry.

I found this amazing company on Etsy at the end of 2023. Since then they have become my exclusive jeweller. I’ve bought rings from their shop, I’ve had custom rings designed, and a GORGEOUS custom necklace.
Just recently I attended a Met Gala style event, and wore all custom Orbion jewelry. The sheer number of compliments I received in one evening are innumerable.

The quality of the work and the measures they put in place to assure quality brings me the deepest peace of mind.

Kunal is king and an absolute dream to work with. I have discussed plans to have a custom family heirloom Tiara created by Orbion with Kunal already.

If I could give this company ten stars I would.

There is always a selection of gorgeous loose stones to choose from to suit your fancy. Lab Grown, and natural Diamonds and stunning Moissanite.

If I could describe the quality of the craft and jewelry I have received in one word, it would be “Opulent” in all the best ways.

Super easy to work with, and my ring came out beautifully - exactly as I imagined it! Would 100% recommend Orbion

Great communication, quick and helped me create a ring that perfectly fit with my enhancement ring to allow my webbing band to sit flush

I got a solitaire pendant and it's really nice craftsmanship and the moissanite is really sparkly. Also the shipping was very fast.

Kunal is amazing! There was an oval old mine cut pendant I was interested in, however I asked for a round version of it and Kunal delivered perfectly. Great craftsmanship and great customer service.

Both my engagement and wedding rings were made by Orbion Jewels on Etsy. My fiancé and myself both had amazing experiences working with Kunal. My rings are beautiful and well-made. I would recommend purchasing from this jeweller as the value and experience are tremendous. Thank you Kunal and team!

Great experience, customer service went above and beyond!

This is my family’s third purchase from Orbion Jewels, this time a sweet promise ring from my son for his girlfriend. As always communication was great with Kunal as he worked with us on the design. The ring is absolutely beautiful. Shipping is always super fast to the states. Would definitely recommend this jewelry shop!

Working with Kunal from Orbion was a wonderful experience. He was very patient with me as we designed a custom piece together, which took some time but was totally worth it in the end. The ring ended up being my engagement ring. I'm so happy with how it turned out and how gorgeous it is in person. The moissanite is really sparkly and the craftsmanship is impeccable. I can't say enough good things about working with Orbion and would recommend them to anyone looking for something beautiful.

Just received my gold open claw wedding ring and it’s fabulous! Love the gorgeous packaging too. The communication from Kunal was excellent and very quick and secure delivery to australia. I highly recommend!
