Der Lieferservice von Conrad ist gut und zuverlässig funktioniert auch die Sendeverfolgung.Ich habe ein refurbed Laptop des Herstellers HP bestellt,das tadellos aussieht und einwandfrei funktioniert.Was ich an dem Kundenservice bemängle,ist die eher nicht vorhandene Transparenz und das man als Kunde oft keine Antwort auf eMails bekommt.

The worst company! Thief!!! Im waitnig longer than month for my parcel! I spend my 100 euro! Thief!!!!

Die Lieferung war bisher immer schnell und pünklich.
Leider finde ich die Suchmaschine etwas umständlich,
man muß sich oft durch endlose Filter durchklicken.

Man wird bei der Hotline belogen, Gutscheine werden nicht eingelöst.
Ich habe einen Gutschein über 25 Euro per Mail erhalten als Treuebonus und Dankeschön für meinen letzten Einkauf.
Als ich dann ein Autoradio bestellen wollte, wurde der Rabatt bei Conrad Electronic nicht akzeptiert.
Beim Anruf der Hotline wurde mir gesagt das der Rabatt von 25 Euro abgezogen wird und es keinerlei Probleme gäbe, was eine Lüge war.
Bei der Bestellung dann wurde eben kein Rabatt gewährt.
Beim nächsten Anruf sagte man es könne max. 17 Euro abgezogen werden, da macht ein Unternehmen wie Conrad Electronic wegen lächerlichen 8 Euro solch einen Aufstand, obwohl die Schuld eindeutig bei Conrad liegt.
Das Wort Kundenservice scheint bei Conrad ein Fremdwort zu sein.
Wenn schon keine Gutscheine eingelöst werden, braucht dieser Onlineshop auch keine Gutscheine versenden, verkohlen lasse ich mich nicht von dem Laden.
Deshalb werde ich da nichts mehr bestellen und kann diesen Shop auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Aqara Roller Shade Driver E1 (HomeKit) bestellt, bezahl und wurde nicht geliefert ... Seriös geht anders.

Sorry, wenn ich heutzutage im Versandhandel Ware als Lieferbar (mit Liefertermin) anbiete, sollte diese auch auf Lager sein. Aber erst Kunde zahlen lassen plus Porto und dann nicht liefern ....

Fazit: Ware storniert, (Alt-)Kunde verloren und neue Kunden werden auch noch abgeschreckt. Wenn das der neue Weg von Conrad ist. ...

Verkaufen Artikel die sie gar nicht haben. Habe bestellt und bezahlt. Dann kam eine E-Mail das die Zahlung eingegangen ist und ich bald die Sendungsnummer bekomme. Nach 10 Tagen nix. Ich rief den Kundenservice an und dann hieß es. Nö haben wir nicht mehr. Super warum meldet man sich nicht und gibt mein Geld nicht zurück? Habe dann noch eine Beschwerde geschrieben und bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Nie wieder Conrad!!!

Total inkompentent und schleierhaft wie der Laden sich entwickelt hat.
Bestellungen werden einfach nicht bearbeitet und über eine fristgemäße Rückzahlung braucht man sich nicht beschweren. Die Firma möchte sich selbst..

Conrad ist mittlerweile absolut schlecht, Liefertermine werden grundsätzlich nicht eingehalten und dauern teilweise Wochen obwohl 1-3 Tage angegeben sind. Dinge die angeblich vorrätig sind gibt es dann plötzlich doch nicht mehr und empfindliche teile werden ohne Polsterung in viel zu großen Kartons versendet damit der Versanddienstleister sie dann auch garantiert kaputt bekommt. Dies gilt sowohl für Geschäfts und Privatkunden.

Firstly I saw this old model S50 series of Datalogic sensor that I wanted listed on their website, the model number and their last 2 pcs stock are exactly what I need.
Drop them an email tried to get some actual photos to make sure that the model number are exactly same as listed, but replied couldn't do such thing since the products are in the warehouse, that's what they said.
So they contacted their personnel in the warehouse for a clarification, and then replied my email again said it's a confirmation the same as listed.

So I placed an order of this Datalogic sensors on July 2024, trust with their confirmation mail but risking myself without getting any of actual photos.

A few moments after the goods arrived and shocking that the products they sent are different than their online listing, so I making a complaint but they replied with "It is the successor model" as shown in the manufacturer's website by giving the link of radwell.de (Seriously! they think this website is the Datalogic's website??)

The reason I bought from them is because I couldn't get this old model elsewhere, and off course I'm able to find cheaper source for the newer model!

Wasting time and wasting money, just to get a different item even more expensive compared to another source!

Out of the blue, I received another parcel from conrad. Inside the well packaged parcel was a storage box from the same band of a saw that I originally bought.. I can only assume conrad have tried put right their wrong..

I can say they tired put right the issue..

Welcome to a place where they send your a 300 euro saw out in the post from Germany to Ireland in the retail packaging...

And surprisingly it arrived damaged..

Thinking it wouldn't be an issue I contacted Conrad, I was asked to return the item but of course at my own expenses plus added expense of boxing the item up correct to be sent back.

All so they could assess the damaged and only after would replace and refund me my money for the cost of shipping...

All I wanted was a item to be sent correctly and after that replace any damaged parts.. which they can't do..

Its a hard lesson and a reason why i will be staying away from any further use of the poor customer focused company..

unfortunately, it has been a terrible experience ordering from this company.
I have ordered 4 weeks ago and the prepaid items have not yet been delivered.
There is no delivery update. Every time I reach out to them, I’m being given another «  projected «  delivery date.
I am not sure how this story will end. Cannot recommend the company

If I could give 0 stars I would. One star is too much for this company! I don't want to hear from Conrad Electronic ever again in my life!! The relationship with customers is below 0 and the packages are packed in such a way that you have a maximum 10% chance that the contents will arrive in good condition.

Recently a friend from Austria recommended us an online retailer called Conrad Electronics. Now we wish he had never recommended us this company.
We placed two orders with Conrad Electronics on the 7th of January 2024. Both orders were acknowledged. One of the orders was by Bank Transfer, the amount was for €272.00 and the reference was Order nr. 2008823684.

The second order was by Paypal, and the amount came to €884.91 and the order reference number was 2008830876.

The next day we received an email from a person called Florian Gangl saying both orders were cancelled. We replied to this email and did not receive a response. Over the course of the next two weeks we emailed several times with no responses. We decided to take legal advice as we were worried that we had lost our money. We saw a solicitor and explained everything that had happened. He was of the view that Conrad Electronics has been advertising in our jurisdiction under false pretences by advertising goods, taking payment and providing us information how to transfer money to their bank account. Then issuing a order number and confirmation that our order was sucessful. Once payment is made then they ignore us and basically they have stolen our money by means of fraud.

We then contacted Paypal and went through the same case and we were advised to launch a dispute for fraud. The bad news is that Conrad Electronics never responded to Paypal so we had to escalate the case and we were awarded payment by PayPal several days later after a number of phone calls. The bad news is that with the bank transfer we might not see any money for this amount. Conrad Electronics in our view are not very professional and have stolen our money and we might never see it again. We did manage to get the phone.number of an accounting office for Conrad Electronics which was +43 509070 and when the lady answered she kept sighing repeatly and kept telling us she would not speak to us as she did not speak English. We spoke to her in English she did answer us and spoke back to us under in English. This lady was extremely rude she would not tell us her name or information of any kind. She then started to laugh and hung up. We phoned back and there was no answer, we then used a different phone and it answered straight away and she told us not to phone again, we even said to her you are speaking English now why can't you help us with getting our money back and again she hung up.

Dealing with this company has been a terrible experience.

Alles hat perfekt gepasst, Lieferung war nach 3 Tagen da, alles geliefert was angegeben!

I am STILL waiting for almost a month for a refund on a cancelled order, and they DID NOT respond to ANY of my emails asking about the progress.
SIMPLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

PS. Finally, I got a response, they notified me that the refund is being processed.

In the webpage says they do global shipping and that is very far from being true. You have to really look inside the web page to discover they do not send up to 40 countries, including USA and Canada.
