I ordered my new laptop from this company’s online store, and I am extremely impressed with the whole experience. The website was easy to use, the prices were very reasonable, and the checkout was smooth. My laptop arrived on time, safely packaged, and it works like a dream – super fast and reliable. Their customer support also followed up to make sure everything was fine, which shows how much they care about their customers. I will definitely be coming back for future purchases.

Returned an Ipad which wasn't what I was expecting only to be advised it had arrived damaged. Despite repeated requests the very unhelpful Amy declined to send any images of the alleged damage and has ignored requests for a refund. I can't even claim the courier insurance without images of the alleged damage. Do not deal with this joke of a company, their customer service is TERRIBLE. Non existent in fact.

Bought this for my grandson for his GCSEs. Came the next day very good service. It look brand new.

Bought a refurbished MacBook via Wowcher and it wouldn’t work setting it up. I googled message that came up and it said it would need to go back to whoever done the refurbishment. I contacted Orion computers but they never replied. For faulty items they gave a time window to return but had to contact them first which they ignored so I went through Wowcher they said if product faulty Orion should pay return postage. I sent it back and kept receipt because of the time window and Orion won’t pay my return postage as it needs a prepaid label but no chance of getting one if they don’t reply to your emails saying it’s faulty. I messaged Wowcher about postage and got no reply from them either. I got generic email to refund original purchase price which Wowcher did. No postage costs refunded. All in all I paid £32.94 for a product that didn’t work. Won’t buy from Orion or Wowcher ever again.

Seriously do not bother buying any form of products from this company. They sell you a computer that is way above the market value. Could sign in with my apple login, I have sent the MacBook back and trying to get a refund or any response is like getting blood out of a stone. Customer service is awful

Just bought my (household) third laptop over many years. I have also bought individual components to build my own desktop - again, over many years.
This laptop is a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 (AMD) from 2022. With a new 1 Tb SSD and LOTS of memory, it was competitively priced. I wiped out the Windows OS and installed Linux. It is a great performer - so far. I am very happy with the purchase.

ordered a refurbished Dell 3100 Chromebook to give it a try, arrived the next day, well packaged, included charger. Worked perfectly straight out of the box. Martyn - voucher number 4494

Although I received the computer outside the delivery of 3-5 working days, It Is in excellent working order. The condition was describe as fair but it is in first class condition, no marks or scratches. The package was very strong and protective of the computer.

I bought an iPad through Wowcher. It arrived with two corners damaged. The packaging was undamaged. It must have been shipped like that. I sent it back via EVRI using the returns process. Orion received the item but for 3 weeks or more they've just run me around asking for information one bit at a time: order number then voucher number then tracking number. They take days to reply to an email. Don't deal with this company. They sell a damaged product then hope you'll give up getting a refund because they just drag the whole process out. I had to pay £9.99 delivery which they should refund too. Why should I pay for them to ship me damaged goods? I will not only never buy from them, I won't buy from Wowcher. Worst experience ever!

No response, emailed again 3 days later, no response, involved gogroopie who it was bought through, they sent issue to Orion, no response.
I’ve involved my credit card company who are reimbursing me and chasing Orion/gogroopie.
If you’re looking at refurbished computers on any site, check it’s not Orion computers …
Avoid, avoid, avoid !

Update… finally got a response, today, maybe coincidence as same day I’ve left this review 🤷🏻‍♂️
… 6 days later through gogroopie claiming I’d not emailed them at all ! Oh and a seperate email also today direct from Orion…
Now asking for video footage of item not working .. ironically I was savvy enough to do this on day of delivery and have forwarded video onto them, I also previously requested a pre paid returns postage label as per consumer rights act 2015 on returns of faulty goods, this has been ignored thus far !
Note… Gogroopie have been in contact with this issue but could only do that when Orion eventually responded to it today
