Bought a laptop arrived with no charger, borrowed a charger while I was waiting, the computer didn’t work, I requested a refund and after waiting 3-4 days for a single reply , still no refund, sent the computer back 2 weeks ago and again still no refund, now there aren’t responding ,

Not going to take this higher for the sake of £50 but I would never use this scammers again,

I recommend nobody else does either,
You shouldn’t trust your money with these people ,

I purchased an Acer Chromebook as a Christmas present for my daughter. The price was amazing and the laptop is absolutely brilliant. My daughter absolutely loves it.

Ordered a Chromebook and arrived within a week , There was a note inside stating the charger will arrive within 4 days - after 10 days still no charger , i have sent numerous emails and had no reply or reason behind why there is no charger sent - please avoid this company

If I could give less then 1 star I would. I purchased voucher for chromebook for my daughter on the 28th Nov. As I didn't see any tracking by the 5th dec I emailed. I am now at 7 emails with no reply, no tracking, no chromebook and now no christmas present for my daughter as i cant afford without refund. Opened case with PayPal to get money back but disputes takes 20 days. fyi living social where I bought the voucher are NO help either as they just send u to merchant that doesn't reply.

Total conmen. Purchased a laptop and case from this "company". Received the laptop but no case. Sent endless emails and messages on the mobile linked to this company and they just refuse to even reply.
WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN !!!

After buying a laptop through Wowcher that didn't work properly, I spoke to a member of their team and they said to post it back and they would replace it. After posting it back to them I have been getting completely ignored ever since. They won't respond to my emails, my voicemails. Nothing. Total and utter scammers. Don't not have anything to do with this dishonest, scamming company. They are disgusting.

Ordered a refurbed Chromebook. Honestly I wasn’t expecting the very high quality I received! Amazing value for money and ready to start up. I cannot see where any repairs have been done it is that good!

Absolutely amazing service, first laptop wasn’t up to what I needed it for (my fault) but spoke to the lovely people at customer service and they arranged a return and swapped it to something that would do what I needed for no extra cost all returned and new one received in less than a week. A*

Appalling customer service. Bought a laptop and it was due to arrive on November 21st in time for a birthday present but has yet to arrive. On first contact I was told the system was down and they’d post it out that day. And now ignoring emails. Take your money and leave you hanging!!!

Bought ACER chrome, very nice but supplied with Lenovo charger that doesn’t fit !!!!
Is nothing rested before dispatch?

Worst customer service ever!
Been chasing a refund for over 3 weeks after I confirmed the return of a Samsung laptop, just kept getting palmed off it was always someone else’s fault they accepted no responsibility whatsoever and almost a month later I’m still waiting on a refund

I bought a refurbished Lenovo chromebook from them,and I wasn't ok using the operating system so I sent them a message to ask if it was ok for me to send it. I was asked if I want it replaced or refunded I said I want it replaced. I posted it with tracking and all. Ever since I sent it, I have been chasing them with emails to know what's happening. I haven't received the laptop nor a refund.
They are very poor at communication and I will not recommend them nor buy from them again.

Got 2 convertaable touch screens (Dell) for the kids for school work. Gave them to the kids August and they love it.. Perfect condition quick delivery... Thank you. Would recommend and buy again.
