Das gemietete KFZ war eine Katastrophe !
Gebucht und bezahlt hatten wir über do you Spain das ist ein Internet Anbieter der die günstigsten Leihwagen Firmen findet.
Nach zwei Stunden Wartezeit am Flughafen da es kein Büro dort gab kam dann ein Mitarbeiter der Firma mit einem Bus und wir mussten dann in eine Office nach Arinaga fahren bekamen wir dann einen KIA mit 84000km der meines Erachtens schon sehr lange nicht serviciert war, rundum verbeult, quasi ein Wrack war. Wir mussten den dann auch nehmen weil es angeblich kein anderes Leihauto gab.
Der unfreundliche Mitarbeiter von Orlando knöpfte uns dann noch 112€ ab weil meine Debit Karte nicht als Deposit akzeptiert wurde denn es müsste eine Credit Karte sein die wir nicht hatten da wir über do you Spain und nicht direkt bei Orlando gebucht hatten.
Nach einem Tag in den Bergen wobei ich die Klimatisierung aktiviert hatte waren meine Frau und ich eine Woche bettlägerig Krank weil der Klimafilter wahrscheinlich noch nie getauscht wurde und das eine Bakterienfabrik vom feinsten ist ! Der Urlaub war gelaufen.
Also Hände weg von Orlando.
Besser bei Herz oder anderen namhaften Organisationen buchen!!!!

Voor de volle tank moesten we € 80 betalen terwijl in een Toyota C-HR een tank ligt van 43 liter en de laatste 8 liter eraan in de tank blijft voor het koelen. Dus € 80 voor 35 liter benzine wat € 1,15 kost. S avonds om 21.30 uur in een buitenwijk van Aguïmes hadden we geen keuze.

Nooit weer Orlando

Het kantoor op Playa des Inglès, Gran Canaria is top!
2 x zuinige auto verlengd zonder moeite voor 20 euro per dag.
Ze denken en rekenen zelfs mee wat goedkoper is om een taxi of een auto te nemen naar het vliegveld.
We hadden de auto iets te laat ingeleverd omdat we geen parkeerplek vonden, ook daar werd niet moeilijk over gedaan.
Volgende keer Gran Canaria auto huren: Orlando it is!

Coche sin pasar la revisión, baja presión neumáticos. Indican depósito lleno en la entrega y solo tiene 3/8, eso lo corrigen en papel. La entrega espera de 30min al bus al aeropuerto cuando indican que máximo 15 min cuando entregan el coche. Para no repetir mas

Very efficient service at the Playa Del Ingles office, both at pick-up on 8/7/2025 and return on 11/7/2025.No attempt to sell unwanted excess insurance, just an explanation of the choice I had to take it or not. I'm not entirely sure the car I was given was truly an equivalent of the VW Polo I booked although that didn't detract from excellent service otherwise.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful, we got a c class car: toyota with 6gears. Well kept and clean. Air con and eveything was on point. No waiting when picking up, and legt the car outside theor office and delivered the keys;) I can recommend Orlando car rental via Bahia Feliz;)

Ik huurde een auto via DoYouSpain (DYS) in Playa del Ingles aan een promotioneel tarief bij Orlando. Bij afhaling waren de dames aan de balie zeer vriendelijk. De auto op zich was een wrak. Zeer oude Citroen C3 met heel veel kilometer op de teller. Motor gaf steeds een technische storing aan die moest hersteld worden. Volgens Orlando kon dat geen kwaad. Versnellingsbak was murw gereden. De bergen door in eerste en tweede versnelling is geen pretje. Op de autostrade kon geen snelheid gehaald worden. Auto was rondom beschadigd en het interieur was vies. Geen publiciteit noch voor Orlando, noch voor DYS. Neem geen verzekering bij DYS, Orlando biedt een gelijkaardige verzekering aan voor +/- dezelfde prijs en als je die neemt hoef je geen borg te stellen.

UNA AUTÉNTICA VERGÜENZA! Varios motivos por los que no alquilaría de nuevo aquí. Pedimos una silla de viaje para bebé, que por lo pronto nos cobraron prácticamente la mitad de lo que costó alquilar el coche durante 3 días. La silla está rota y no realiza su función de seguridad debidamente, lo notifiqué y me dijeron que no tenían más, pero lo peor de todo en este aspecto es que la silla me la dejaron en la carretera para que la montase yo, viendo que iba con un bebé, mi mujer muy embarazada y cargado de maletas. Un falta de hospitalidad y profesionalidad tremenda. Al montarme en el coche veo que el depósito no está lleno y le falta 1/4, y me hicieron firmar un depósito lleno para devolverlo lleno, lo notifiqué también por supuesto, y me ignoraron.
El trato fue horroroso a la hora de gestionar estas discrepancias; no se preocuparon ni tampoco se hicieron cargo.
Al montarnos al coche notamos que hay varias cosas rotas dentro del coche y me di media vuelta para notificarlas también, ya que no cogí el seguro a todo riesgo, y al no estar anotadas en el mapa de daños me dijeron textualmente: si quieres quedarte tranquilo contrata el seguro a todo riesgo, que supuso prácticamente la totalidad del alquiler del coche. En definitiva, el precio de esta empresa, que es lo más atractivo, se convierte en un engaño al tener que contratar el seguro, porque los coches están hechos una porquería y los extras, como por ejemplo silla de coche. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO. Ha sido un error por querer ahorrarme algún dinero, que me ha salido más caro y encima me llevo un sabor de boca muy muy agrio.

Ho noleggiato l’auto a Gran Canaria, vicino all’aeroporto di Las Palmas, e a differenza di tutte le esperienze precedenti con altri autonoleggi, questa volta mi sono trovata davvero molto bene.
Una navetta gratuita ti accompagna dall’aeroporto ai loro uffici, che si trovano a circa 7 minuti di distanza.
Una volta arrivata, nessuna fila: servizio rapido, chiaro e professionale.

Un grande punto a favore è la trasparenza: ti spiegano subito che, se non vuoi bloccare 600€ come deposito cauzionale, puoi scegliere un’assicurazione aggiuntiva. Io per una settimana ho speso circa 70€ aggiuntivi al costo dell’auto e ho preferito questa opzione.

Sono davvero soddisfatta: il ragazzo al desk è stato super gentile.
Consiglio assolutamente questo servizio!

Surtout de pas donner de carte de CREDIT lors de la réservation, uniquement une carte de DEBIT très important, parce que comme ça ils ne pourront pas vous ponctionner plus que le montant que vous aurez validé le jour de la réservation.

Lange Wartezeit beim abholen u. Check in.
Auto war nicht sauber und auch etwas älter.
Auto wurde nach Reklamation getauscht, war aber auch nicht besser.
Nach einer Abhol u. Wartezeit von 3 Stunden haben wir uns zufrieden gegeben
Was wir gelernt haben ist nie wieder Orlando.
Was ich au als Betrug empfinde ust die Tankregelung.
Man sollte das Auto leer abgeben und muss einen Füllung für 68,.€ bezahlen.
Bei den Benzinpreisen ein Wucherbetrag.
Der Tank hat nur eine Füllmenge von ca. 30 Liter.

Don’t rent here, worst and most crappy rental ever. They advertise 2025 cars and give you a 10 years old car instead…

In my case I booked a 2025 Citroen C3 and get a 2015 Toyota Yaris with complete worn down clutch, dangerous worn tires and non functional wipers. When referring to the difference at pickup they just pointed at the sheets ‘that a C3 is the same class as a Yaris or VW Polo’.

I know… I’ve booked it. But it’s not the class I complaint about. It’s the car you gave me, complete worn-out… 😩. Rubbish.

reine Abzocke - plötzlich wird Debitkarte nicht akzeptiert, obwohl alles über diese unter der "Kreditkartenfunktion" gebucht damit man eine Zusatzversicherung für die Kaution abschließen musste, um den Wagen zu bekommen. Auf Suchportalen wird aber dann explizit angegeben, dass Debitkarten akzeptiert werden. NIE WIEDER ORLANDO!!!

So STAY AWAY from this company. They might look cheap but it's because they are shady in the way they do business! They have hidden fees that you only find out about when returning the car. The staff blamed poor communication between us and them. They charged us for fuel in advance, and we asked twice if we would get the money back if we returned the car with a full tank. We were told yes… However, when we returned the car, we were informed that we had lost the money because the car was not supposed to be refueled. So we ended up losing an extra £100. I do not recommend them.

Wspaniała wypożyczalnia. Wszystko przebiegło szybko i sprawnie. Mają bardzo dobre ceny. Wynajem bez depozytu. Samochód sprawował się świetnie.

Haven't even collected the car and I've decided never to use this company again!
45 min wait at the airport as the minibus was full.
Then driven 15mins to the office, with ALL the others on our minibus, to complete the paperwork.
Only 2, very slow, staff and in a queue of 6 people.
Appalling process!!

Fick fejkade böter efteråt o utan o se fakturan ! Kört enligt dem 110 där det var 100 ! Har inte rett ut det men ska gå det till rättslig åtgärd ! Fått samma problem förut o gick till spanska ambassaden o de hjälpte mig då

The company under Advantage in las Vegas is a scam. They offer a low price but will not accept your own insurance when it is provided to them. They say they do not accept international insurance. No where in the contract does it say that. It says you must provide proof of personal insurance. Do not rent from Advantage in Las Vegas. They know when you are travelling that you are stuck and have no choice but to buy their insurance.

Når du går gjennom prosessen med å leie bil på orlandorc.com (link fra kiwi.com), så kommer man dit at man må huke av for forsikring, og da kommer man inn på en forsikringsside på nett, og kjøper (full) forsikring der. Men når man henter bilen på Orlando sitt kontor så får man beskjed om at man har kjøpt forsikring på feil plass, og at den derfor ikke er gyldig. Man må kjøpe ENDA EN NY forsikring der og da. Det grenser til SVINDEL!
Bilen vi fikk var (selvfølgelig) en klasse mindre enn hva vi betalte for, og den var møkkete innvendig. Setene var innsatt med solkrem/svette. Æsj!
