Je viens de me voir retirer 45 eu sur mon compte 2 mois après notre location pour frais de recherche de conducteur suite à une amende de stationnement que nous avons payé le jour même. Et lors de le remise du véhicule nous avons donné l amende plus envoyer la preuve de paiement directement sur place .c est une belle escroquerie . Bien ficelé ....

Do not use this car rental, we brought many people to the Orlando office in Playa del Ingles, but we found out that Orlando discriminates a lot, if you have a foreign appearance, you have to leave a €300 deposit.
while on their page it says: "If you have full insurance, you do NOT have to leave a deposit or credit card".
There is even a poster with the same text in their office.
Yes, says the old man, "that is an old poster" but that idiot forgets that we rented a car with people here last week, and then we did not have to leave a €300 deposit.

Gebruik deze autoverhuur niet, wij brachten vele mensen naar het Orlando kantoor in Playa del Ingles, maar wij zijn erachter gekomen dat Orlando erg discrimineert, heb je namelijk een buitenlands uiterlijk, dan moet je €300 borg achterlaten.
terwijl op hun pagina staat: " Heb je volle verzekering, dan hoef je GEEN borg of creditcard achter te laten ".
Er hangt zelfs een poster met die zelfde teksten op hun kantoor.
Ja zegt die oude man dan, "dat is een oude poster" maar die stumper vergeet dat we vorige week nog met mensen hier een auto gehuurd hebben, en toen hoefde we geen €300 borg achter te laten.

They sell themselves through Doyouspain.com it is all a fraud. You think you are getting a car cheap but when you go to collect the car they tell you you need to get the car insurance with them at euro100+ you then need to pay eur60 for full tank and you need to leave a deposit of 600euros. They blame the broker instead of taking responsibility. suing them.
Esta empresa es un fraude. se venden a traves de DoYouSpain.com con condiciones que esconden cuando vas a buscar el coche te piden 100 euros de seguro nuevo, 60 de gasolina y 600 deposito. Culpan al broker es todo una estrategia para enganar al cliente. ya han cogido tu dinero y no puedes cancelarlo.

Sie verlangen 100 Euro für eine neue Versicherung, 60 Euro für Benzin und 600 Euro für eine Kaution. Sie geben dem Makler die Schuld, es ist alles eine Strategie, um den Kunden zu täuschen. Sie haben Ihr Geld bereits eingezogen und Sie können es nicht stornieren.

Wij hebben deze zomer een auto gehuurd op Gran Canaria (geboekt via Discover cars). Dik tevreden. We werden opgehaald met een nette shuttlebus en naar hun kantoor vervoerd. We kregen daar flesjes water en bananen 😄. Alles ging erg vlot en de medewerkers waren vriendelijk en vrolijk. Ter plekke kregen we een mooie upgrade, zeer fijn! Ook probeerden ze je niet allerlei extra’s aan te smeren, zoals onze ervaring bij andere verhuurbedrijven is. Ook het terugbrengen ging erg vlot. Ik durf Orlando op Gran Canaria daarom aan iedereen aan te bevelen.

Mietwagen online gebucht. Nach Abschluss folgten nun noch Zusatzkosten für eine Versicherung. Diese wurde allerdings bei der Buchung bereits angeklickt ( über 50€ ) insgesamt ca. 300€ für eine Woche. Über PayPal gezahlt. Da jetzt erneut und nicht gerade günstig eine
Versicherung abgeschlossen werden musste, habe ich die Buchung versucht zu stornieren. Leider war dies telefonisch nicht möglich, also per Email. Antwort kam 2 Tage später. Diese hatte es in sich: wir können ihnen das Geld nicht zurück geben, da die Frist für eine Stornierung abgelaufen ist!?
Nach erneuter Mail war auf einmal der Grund, dass ich die Buchungsnummer nicht mitgeschickt habe. Dieses war natürlich nicht der Fall. Habe einen Screenshot der Email mit allen Buchungsdetails mitgeschickt. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn: anscheinend ist PayPal auch nicht in der Lage mein Geld zurück zu holen. Ich muss mich mit dem Vermieter vor Ort auseinander setzen. Tolle Lösung. Alles in allem reine Abzocke. Sorry aber diese Autovermietung kann man nicht weiter empfehlen. Besser Finger weg von solchen zwielichtigen Anbietern. Sehr schade. Hart verdientes Urlaubsgeld einfach mal ohne Grund einbehalten und keiner kann helfen, nicht mal PayPal, traurig.

Take the full insurance to travel quietly.
ATTENTION : they accept only credit card and not debit card. If you don't have credit card you will have to buy the full insurance, then don't buy this full insurance before arriving (you will have to cancel it).

Excellente expérience avec Orlando Aéroport Gran Canaria
Navette aéroport régulière et fiable. Nous avions une C3 parfait état (frein...) pour des routes parfois sinueuses et avec d'importants dénivelés. Acceuil et formalités classiques. Pas pris d'assurance complémentaire (79 euros).

We rented a car in January with Orlando Rent a car in Gran Canaria and paid by credit card. Two months after returning home, Orlando rent a car allowed himself to withhold 45 euros from my credit card without giving any notice and without authorization as a reimbursement of expenses for having reported our name to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior as in the meantime a fine had arrived that we had taken during my rental.
However, we had already paid the fine to the Spanish Ministry, as it should be, and so we had to pay that and in addition 45 euros to Orlando just for the fact that he reported our name.
A scam also because you cannot use the credit card of a person abroad when the contract is concluded.
WE DON'T RECOMMEND ORLANDO CAR AT ALL AND WILL NEVER RENT WITH THEM AGAIN.

No es la primera vez que alquilé con Orlando en Las Palmas pero será la última. Entregué el coche hace más de 15 días y todavía no tengo el dinero del deposito, sigue bloqueado en mi cuenta bancaria.
He contactado Orlando que me dice que hicieron lo necesario para desbloquear el dinero y que ya no pueden hacer nada.
No vuelto a alquilar

È stata la prima volta che noleggiavamo la macchina con la Orlando Rent a Car e debbo dire che siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi.
Abbiamo prenotato un vettura della grandezza di una Renault Clio o similari con il ritiro in aeroporto.
quando si noleggia é ben specificato che la vettura non la troveremo in aeroporto ma al nostro arrivo troveremo un incaricato della Orlando con un cartello che ci porterá, con una navetta presso la sede per il ritiro della vettura. Al nostro arrivo in sede siamo stati accolti cordialmente da personale qualificato che ha faeffetuato la procedura di registrazione molto velocemente chiedendo ovviamente patente e carte di credito per garanzia. (la richiesta di carta di credito viene specifivata al momento della prenotazione).
Una volta terminate le pratiche ci é stata consegnata la vettura.
una macchina nuovissima non aveva neanche 20mila km era una Citroen C3 con molti optional, addirittura l'Intelligent Key System, la vettura era benzina.
abbiamo noleggiato la macchina dal 21 apeile al 3 maggio e abbiamo pagato 235 euro veramente un ottimo prezzo. alla riconsegna della vettura é stato fatto il check out con un addetto del personale il quale ha visionato la vettura e controllato che la vettura fosse stata riconsegnata con il pieno ( cosa importante e non da sottovalutare). inoltre una navetta ci ha riaccompagnato in aeroporto in perfetto orario.
Sicuramente riutilizzeró ancora il loro servizio perché mi sono trovato veramente bene. grazie per la professionalitá

Un horror.Un timo lo de cobrarte el depósito lleno y que lo tengas que devolver vacío.Nunca me había pasado.

Gran canaria, orlando perfetti, ci sono venuti a prendere all aeroporto anche in anticipo, riconsegnata la macchina e fopo 10 minuti siamo stati riportati in aeroporto. Veramente perfetti, professionalità tutto perfetto.

Bedrijf is onbetrouwbaar. Rekenen na verhuur van wagen nog adminitratieve kosten aan op je creditcard, waarover je geen verweer hebt.
Zal ik nooit meer aan huren.

We rented a car from Orlando Gran Canaria from their office nearest the airport at Sucursal de Arinaga. Collection from the airport was very easy and we were driven to their office about 15 minutes away. There we were served by Vicente Gabriel who was truly excellent. Very engaging and helped us with ideas of where to go on the island. The car was a bit old, over 100000km, but as we only paid £50 for the week and the car was perfectly reliable we have no complaints. And an extra driver was free. All in all a very good experience . Please ensure Vicente receives our feedback. Thank you.

We had a very good experience with this company. we did have to wait a bit about 20 minutes at the meet and greet, but that was the only slight hiccup had. we received a Renault Captur, which was a nice upgrade, great for 4 adults. Handback was quick and painless, they checked the Car and Fuel and we were dropped to the Airport Quickly. Dave

I don't know where these positive reviews come from but beware especially if renting in the USA. Recent Orlando rental price was very good, paid in full until you read the fine print which most people don't. They do not accept non USA drivers insurance and you will be charged $25/day for liability and $10/day CDW even if you have proof that your carrier or credit card provides coverage. Also beware they charge $9.99/day for toll road coverage and unlike other rental companies you cannot use your own Sun pass. If you don't buy their coverage and you go through a toll you will be charged $25/toll. This is all written in QEEQs fine print. What seemed like an inexpensive 25 day rental of $525 Canadian dollars turned into an extra $800 USD for insurance and surcharges. Oh yes $120 facility fee and $48 service charge were added. Even though we religiously avoided toll roads we received a bill 2 weeks after we returned for 3 tolls that we never used and they would not send documentation of the charges. If you want to get ripped off then be my guest but don't believe the positive reviews.

Ich habe mir bei der Autovermietung Orlando angemeldet und versucht ein Auto zu mieten. Nachdem ich den Wagen mit meiner American Express Karte angezahlt hatte, kam die Antwort das gerade viele Anfragen wegen einen Mietwagen gestellt wurden und ich mich gedulden soll. Es kam keine Rückantwort mehr. Dann bin ich direkt zu der Autovermietung Orlando gegangen und wollte mit der American Express Kreditkarte einen Wagen buchen. Dort wird die Kreditkarte nicht angenommen. Meine Anzahlung ist weg und niemand gibt darüber Auskunft. Niemals dort einen Wagen buchen !

Para todos aquellos que vayan a alquilar con ellos lean opiniones por favor, en mí caso estuve alquilando con ellos en varias ocasiones y no tuve problema alguno hasta esta última vez, hice una reserva por la web con un código promocional del 10% de descuento que tuve que pagar online sí o sí, en la web puse una fecha y estando en una boda me llaman y me escriben al whatsapp y me dicen que el coche lo tengo que devolver porque se hizo la reserva de un solo día que tengo que volver a ir para pagar lo que falta y a hacer un contrato nuevo. Tuve que ir al día siguiente y estuvieron revisando la reserva y documentación y me dijeron que su compañera se había confundido en la recogida al poner los datos mal, se queda todo saldado; pero para mí sorpresa cuando ya una vez que entrego el coche antes de coger el avión recibo una llamada ya habiendo llegado a mi destino del vuelo de que me tienen que hacer un cargo de 100€ porque la compañera se había equivocado al corregir los datos al llegar y que están en temporada alta y que por eso me cuesta el coche más caro, le explico que por un día no se puede cobrar 127€ cuando yo había hecho una simulación en la web para días después de yo llegar por los mismos días que yo tengo y me daba el importe que yo pagué. Me hicieron un cargo sin mí consentimiento y les dije que por qué no se me explicó esto en la entrega del coche, no que lo hacen una vez que yo ya no estoy en Las Palmas. La persona que me atendió al teléfono responsable de la sucursal del aeropuerto ( Gran Canaria ) Arinaga, el señor Ridam cuando le pregunto que por qué no me explicó todo esto ese mismo día que fuí que había llamado a la compañera y me había roto el contrato anterior haciendo uno nuevo y su respuesta es : Yo no llamé a ninguna compañera y no rompí nada. Quiero que quede constancia de lo que me ha pasado para que los demás se anden con OJO a la hora de alquilar, ya que según ellos no pueden ver las reservas que se hacen por la web ni los códigos promocionales... Lo voy a publicar por todos los sitios y voy a poner una hoja de reclamaciones!! ese dinero es mío y ni de ellos. Espero que haya servido para todos los que piensen alquilar. Un saludo.

Negativt: var at jeg ikke fikk noe informasjon om hvor bussen gikk fra. Vi endte derfor med å ta taxi fra flyplassen til utleiestedet.
Bilen var i god stand, men det var noen litt løse deler i karosseriet.
Alt i alt bra. Kommer til å leie her igjen.

We booked their car in advance. through Ryanair/Booking/Rentalcar website/app, thinking that that would make it safer, but sadly it didn't (mabye it even made it worse)
We expected "meet&greet" on the LasPalmas Airport, but no one was waiting, there were no signs were to wait. we waited and searched and after about half an hour we called them first time - the call took 15 seconds (they just said, yes yes, airport, wait) .. And we waited. 8 calls, hour and a half later (tired, hungry, angry and scared that we got scammed) i canceled our reservation through the phone (they said ok (i think), but that they'll have to request the refund from the app-agency) Then we had to rent from some other rentacar agency on the airport, which cost us almost three times the money (as we couldnt check and compare the prices online and "fight", because we were, on the road for almost 14 hours by then)
I thought that refund would be easy deal, as no one came pick us up and we didn't get the car - but more than three in app "complaints" and ten mails later, they kept telling us that the cancelation is not possible anymore, because it was past our pickup hour. And we have to wait for the end of our rental to make a complaint, but best they will do was maybe return the insurance.
So, a big big "AVOID at all cost" for Orlando and Ryanair/Booking rentacar app !!
