Fox and Rave rental cars was the worst experience I have ever had. When Fox referred me to go across the street to Rave on 5425 Semoran Blvd. Suite 12A1, Orlando Florida I thought it was strange. They accused me of smoking in the car and my daughter, 3 children and myself were not smoking so they kept my deposit. Took them a week to even answer my call. What a scam- I will never use their trash again and will tell all my friends.

this company is a joke , they rented a vehicle to me , after 10 minute's of driving , the whole car lite up with warning faults , phoned them the next day , after having a 10 hour flight with my family of 5 , replaced vehicle day after , didn't tell me where the car was in the car park till 2 days after , forgot to send me pictures of where they left it , > second vehicle had a light bag light on . they told me it was safe , after researching the fault, manual tells me not to drive it , as air bag wont work in a crash , wasn't taking any risks with my 14 month old baby and two young boys only after 10 days into my holiday the manager phoned me back with a bad attitude . and charged me full for this , this nearly ruined our hard earned holiday . stay away from this company

Wir hatten vom 04.03.2023 —06.03.2023 einen Leihwagen der Firma Orlando.
Das Fahrzeug wurde von uns am Hotel Beverly park übernommen.Den Mietvertrag hatten wir bei einer Mitarbeiterin der Firma im Hotel gemacht.
Diese Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und sehr Kundenorientiert.Die Mitarbeiterin war Frau Paula Toader.Wenn wir nochmals dorthin kommen gerne wieder.

He alquilado en la oficina de Las Palmas y el señor que atiende al público ha demostrado una gran profesionalidad. Desborda amabilidad y seguiré alquilando. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Wir hatten für ca. 6 Wochen ein Auto auf Gran Canaria gemietet. Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut; nach Ankunft am Flughafen wurden wir von einem freundlichen Fahrer zur Station des Vermieters gefahren, man hat uns kurzfristig und schnell das Auto ausgehändigt und den „Papierkram“ erledigt- hier war alles erwartungskonform und super professionell; als Zusatzleistung hatten wir einen Babysitz gebucht- das Serviceteam hat uns zwei unterschiedliche große Sitze angeboten aus denen wir wählen konnten.
Wir hatten mit uns mit der gebuchten Wagenklasse und dem Gepäck verschätzt - man hat absolut unbürokratisch nach einer Lösung gesucht und uns über das Erwartbare geholfen.
Rückgabe das Autos und finale Vertragsabwicklung war ebenfalls erstklassig und absolut serviceorientiert.

Wir können Orlando Las Palmas aufgrund unserer Erfahrung nur empfehlen- sofort wieder gerne!

Bij het terugbrengen van de auto werd er een schade vastgesteld. Ik ga daar mee akkoord want uit de foto's bleek inderdaad dat er schade was aan de achterbumper. Maar intussen zijn we 1,5 maand verder en er werd dezelfde dag van inleveren auto 446 euro van mijn creditkaart gehaald...zonder mail..zonder uitleg. Ik heb een extra huurautoverzekering in België maar die komt enkel tussen bij het overhandigen van faktuur... en die krijg ik dus niet vast!! 2 mails gedaan en hen al getelefoneerd...

Extremely bad service.

First of all the car rent is not even at the airport, but a 20 min drive from there. When we landed we didn't even know what to do, because they haven't sent any details. We ended up using 30 mins on calling them, which resulted in them sending a bus 40 mins after to pick us up.

When we finally got there, we used another 30 mins on waiting for the car and signing papers, even though we signed them from home. We finally got to our car, and there was hope. NOT. We got the car and it was and reserve fuel ... We went inside to tell them, but they just told us we have to give it back on reserve fuel again. Like how are we suppose to do that. There is a reason u give a full fuel car so we dont lose money. We ended up giving the car bare at half fuel, so they earned money from us.

I travel a lot and rent a lot of cars. This har to be the absolute worst car rent ever.

I give 2 stars because when I was in canarias was very late from london with 4 kids in aeroport I arrange everything online insurance and the payment when I was there 00.00 night the company sed the insurance what I have it's not available and I have to pay too 50€ extra because the fly was late it's not me fall but the company puts me in the middle de night with 4 kids to do what it's the best for the company not what it's the best for the customers so me option its cancel search another car but its was late so the company know i can't do nothing so I have to play how it sti order from the company but it's not a problem now i can leave review for the next customers for wach well.from where you will rent in canarias I have to pay 2 times the insurance and I'm not received non the first insurance money I pay 3 times more like another rent so I give 2 star..

Wir mieteten einen Wagen für 14 Tage, Kaution hinterlegt Wagen nach 14 Tagen ordnungsgemäß abgegeben ohne Schäden Tank alles okay. Die Kaution wurde wieder zurückgebracht. Soweit so gut. 2 Monate später werden 45,00 € ohne jeglichen Beleg abgebucht.,Orlando ist auch nicht im Stande das zu Belegen. Vielen Dank nie mehr wieder.

alquile un coche con ellos por el cual me pidieron una fianza de 300e , se me indica que el reembolso sera inmediato una vez entregado el coche.
cuando entrego el coche me hacen la "devolución"del deposito, pero al revisar la cuenta del banco no figuraba el reembolso. les llamo y les pregunto por ello y me informan que puede tardar hasta 5 días ( cuando me dijeron que era inmediato)
pasado 5 días el reembolso no se ha echo efectivo por lo que acudo a la oficina y se desentienden completamente de la situación. Que ellos ya han echo su parte y que me busque yo una solución. Un pésimo trato al cliente, una vez que cobran les da igual todo.
Después de hablar con mi banco he investigar ellos por su parte , resulta que ORLANDO RENT A CAR había seleccionado mal la opción en el datáfono y el reembolso se había quedado bloqueado. Tarde 30 días en recibir el reembolso por culpa de su ineptitud. No recomiendo para nada este rent a car , hay muchas mas opciones mas rentables y seguras.

Pésima experiencia en la oficina de San Fernando (playa del Inglés).
Ayer por la tarde fuimos a alquilar un coche. Primero nos dijeron que no tenían ninguno disponible, a los pocos minutos nos ofrecieron un Beetle, a un precio exagerado. Al ver nuestra cara, de repente nos dijeron que tenían un Cactus...
Al aceptarlo empezaron a decir que teníamos que añadir al precio varios suplementos por todo: elevador, por dejarlo en el aeropuerto, por el parking de allí...
La semana anterior habíamos alquilado un coche en la misma empresa, pero en la oficina del polígono próximo al aeropuerto y allí el trato fue excelente.
La chica de San Fernando, muy mal. Vio que necesitábamos el coche y se aprovechó de nosotros, jamás volveremos allí.

Muy mala experiencia alquilo un coche en gran canaria para un día y al llegar a buscarlo me dice que tiene disponible seguro todo riesgo 21 euros, cosa que no quise por Internet, en mi localizador ponía deposito 390 y franquicia 780 pues empeñado estaba el que atendía con el seguro, da la casualidad que las franquicias se pueden asegurar por 6,35 euros a parte en Internet, este señor en vez de cargar el depósito me quería cargar la franquicia en lo tarjeta a lo cual me negué pedí devolución de mi dinero y hoja de reclamación, el hombre me dice 7 años es la primera reclamación, claro si a todos mete miedo y estafa 20 euros, imagínense 20 por 360 7300 de seguro se llevan, resulta que me dice que no tiene hojas de reclamación cuando esta obligado por ley. Pena no llamar a la policía local que levantará atestado como que no las tenía pues le meten un multazo por no cumplir lo legislado, muy mala experiencia menudo timo llevo conduciendo más de 34 años y es la primera vez que me ocurre algo así y me ha perjudicado pues al final me vi sin vehiculo

Attention à vous Français. devis imbattable d'une Twingo pour 7 jours à 76€, c'est dans votre caution de 600€ qu'il puiseront allègrement leur marge après votre départ de l'île.

Passez par Hertz/Sixt qui sont internationalement connu et ne souhaitent pas avoir de mauvaise publicité.

La technique de la carte Débit/Crédit est assez connu à l'étranger, en France nous avons quasi tous une carte dit de DEBIT à débit immédiat et non une carte de CREDIT à débit fin de mois.

Belle spécialité Anglo-Saxonne du coup de vivre à crédit...

Bref pas de bonne affaire avec eux. Juste une impression de ternir vos vacances qui elles se sont bien passées.

Si vous lisez ces lignes, c'est que vous vous apprétez à prendre une location chez Orlando (Tenerife/Lanzarote/Gran Canaria) ou que c'est déjà le cas... Ce n'est pas trop tard si vous n'avez pas pris le volant...

Faites comme moi, oubliez les, fuyez les et passez de bonnes vacances en payant un VRAI service avec Hertz/Sixt... Tant pis pour le peu d'argent que vous avez déjà dépenser lors de la réservation.

Charge you 60 euros for the full tank of petrol upfront and do not give you the money back if you return with petrol.

Voleurs, tu viens avec une assurance faite et ils t’obligent à prendre une autre, vraiment, faites attention à ce type de gens, il faudrait une loi pour gérer ce type de choses 120e /4jours dans un début, fini par 250e…

En julio de 2021 alquilé un coche en la isla de Gran Canaria. Todos los servicios fueron perfectos.

Hasta que un mes después me llegó una multa, de su coche, la cual pagué religiosamente sin problemas.

Mi sorpresa fue que 5 días después me cargaron 45€, por gestión de la multa, que lo ponía en el contrato, es verdad, lo ponía en el contrato, pero una vez puesto en conocimiento de mis abogados les hice una reclamación y resulta que esa clausula era ilegal y así me lo reconocieron una vez hice la correspondiente reclamación en consumo y en el correspondiente Junta Arbitral de Transporte para que metan presión.

I dont normally write reviews but given car hire companies seemingly only get bad reviews, which make it very hard to know which one to go for, I thought I would.
We hired a car last week in Gran Canaria and Orlando Cars were excellent. It was easy to book online, quick pick from the airport and they didnt try to sell me too many extras (just excess insurance which id already purchased for £13 before I arrived). I didn't damage the car one bit so was happy to fight my corner should they have tried to deduct any money from me but the handback was quick and easy. They checked the car over and checked to see if I'd replenished the fuel - which is fair enough and then I was on my merry way with my deposit money released by the next day.
All in all excellent service and would definately use again.

Stessa situazione già letta in altri post... riconsegnata la macchina, rientrati in Italia ci trattengono 750 (tutta la caparra) per un danno che era pre-esistente e di cui ho la documentazione fotografica; nonostante le email con le foto allegate (datate) nessun riscontro da due anni a questa parte.
