Vi hyrde en bil under en dag i Playa Ingles, som lämnades tillbaka utan anmärkningar. Tre månader senare drar Orlando pengar från mitt kort utan att förklara varför. Summan var dessutom betydligt högre än vad det kostat att hyra bilen. Bolaget svarar inte i telefonen men vi har omfattande kontakt via e-post.De kom hela tiden med nya ursäkter till varför de inte kunde betala tillbaka. Efter 14 mail! gav jag till slut upp. Jag har inte fått tillbaka mina pengar.

J'ai réservé la voiture 36€ pour 8 jours à Gran Canaria. Super. Pas cher. Mais une fois sur place, comme j'ai une CB DEBIT et non pas CB CREDIT (c'est écrit sur la CB) du coup je dois payer 164€ !! Allo ?!! J'ai refusé. Du coup ils m'ont dit de demander à être remboursé par Internet. J'ai demandé mais en attendant les 36€ ont bien été pris sur mon compte... J'espère qu'ils ne vont pas prendre les 164€ !! Ces escrocs. P.S : La personne avant était dans le même cas de figure que moi : Elle a payé 164€... Quelle arnaque et racket bien organisé... A FUIR...

I am very disappointed in one of your employees. we returned the car. We rented the car for 1 week. During the inspection of the car, the lady said that it was not clean because there was dust on the front of the mat. This dust was normal for use the car after 1 week. After she said that the car was not clean in front, she said that the car need a special treatment and it will cost a lot. I wanted to come along to take pictures from the car so as not to be cheated afterwards. The lady started scolding me with words like: f***** off. Leave now. You are not allowed to take pictures from the car. Get in the other cae now that will drive you to the airport. If you take pictures, we will not drive you back to the airport. I finally took the pictures and ignored here words. I have wrights and she treated us not fair.
I saw yesterday that an extra cost of 175 euros has been charged on my Visa card. This is just stealing 175 euros!!!! i contact the bureau but they juist said that I have to email to somewhere. A have a lot of photos and videos from the car. I hope they answer fast and I got my money back from them. Otherwise they are the biggest thiefs. And not from visa after some complains. Sad to put this energy in messeges like this.

Ho noleggiato un auto per una settimana il 18 gennaio del 2020 a Tenerife. L'auto presentava piccoli graffi e l'addetto mi ha consigliato di fare delle fotografie che ho fatto. Ho riconsegnato l'auto nelle stesse condizioni. Avevo lasciato una garanzia sulla carta di credito di 750 euro. Targa dell'auto 0429 JVN. Numero del sinistro L100048040
Quando è stato il momento di restituirmi la garanzia mi è arrivata una mail che diceva che l'auto presentava dei danni e si sono trattenuto 373 euro.
Ho subito contestato il danno inviando delle foto ( con data e ora del ritiro dell'auto) dove si evidenziava perfettamente che il danno esisteva già al momento del ritiro dell'auto. Le foto sono praticamente identiche. Mi è arrivata una risposta automatica che diceva che a causa del Covid 19 noin sarebbero sati in grado di ripondemi rapidamente. e' passato più di 1 anno, ho inviato la bellezza di circa 15 mail a indirizzi differenti, ho chiamato tutti i numeri possibili, ho parlato con vari impiegati che mi hanno detto che la direzione ci stava lavorando. E' chiaro che non hanno nessuna intenzione di restituirmi i soldi che mi hanno sottratto! Nessuno si è mai degnato di rispondermi! Leggendo altre recensioni vedo che sono tanti utenti che hanno subito lo stesso trattamento. E' veramente vergognoso.

Bei Orlando Rent a Car handelt es sich um Betrüger. Bei der Abgabe ist alles in Ordnung, aber nachdem man wieder zu Hause ist (1 - 2 Monate später) werden einem im Rahmen der Kreditkartenhinterlegung Gelder abgebucht. Man bekommt keine Information warum und auf Nachfrage reagiert der Vermieter nicht. Nun ist es sehr schwer, sein Geld wieder zu bekommen. Wer darauf keine Lust hat, sollte seine Finger von Orlando lassen. Ich Miete seit Jahren mehrmals im Jahr Autos. So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert.

Rent a car totalmente a evitar al 100% en viajes a Canarias... pésima calidad de coches, mala calidad de servicio del personal con trato muy mal educado y letra pequeña abusiva del contrato para cobrar la fianza que te piden una vez allí sin opción, porque dicen están en aeropuerto y no es verdad, están a 15 kms en medio de un polígono y sin alternativa de no aceptar las mismas e ir a otro rent a car. Me he sentido engañado, estafado, buscando no fidelizar al cliente sino exprimirlo y cobrarle la fianza con cualquier excusa absurda y sin opción a dar mi opinión ...todo está encaminado a cobrarte esa fianza.

Everything was ok until they charged my deposit instead of keeping it on hold like everybody else. Bank charged me the fees and also lost money with the currency changes (£15.59 in total for no reason)
I got a Fine TKT for bad parking that I received in my address in England and paid on line and even though they email me and charge me again. No response, no email answer, phone not really working. Pain in the ass rent a car to deal with. I will pay a bit more next time and save the hazard

Trato excelente, seriedad y buen precio

Im März 2020 habe ich von Orlando Tenerife S.L.U., Büro Aeroporto Lanzarote, ein Auto gemietet. Das Deposit von 630 Euro wurde von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Bis heute ist das Deposit nicht erstattet worden. Auf etliche E-Mails an verschiedene Adressen von Orlando erhielt ich seit April immer die gleiche Antwort: man habe die Aktivitäten vorübergehend eingestellt und werde sich in Kürze melden. Dennoch bietet Orlando weiter unverdrossen Mietwagen an.

Alquiler por medio de la oficina de Playa del Inglés. Noemí una excelente persona interesada en el turista, comprensiva y amabilidad 100%. Cercanía y profesionalidad. Ella se desvive por el cliente. Confíen en su próximo viaje en Orlando y más en concreto en Noemí.

Impossible de récupérer malgré l'assurance par l'employée d'un credit CB par le siège d'une caution de 660 euros auprès de Orlando Aéroport Tenerife sud. Véhicule loué le 15 03 20. Restitué le 20 03 20 en parfait état et plein fait. Nombreuses relances effectuées toujours sans réponse.
A la lecture de nombreux commentaires Orlando Aéroport Tenerife Sud est une entreprise spécialisée dans cette arnaque.

depuis fin janvier 2020, je n'ai réussi à récupérer QUE la moitié seulement de ma franchise (en juillet et après de très multiples démarches auprès du service client, dont en anglais car pas d'interlocuteurs en français!!!!), ceci pour un accident qui n'a jamais eu lieu chez le loueur ORLANDO à TENERIFE (à fuir aussi, quel escroc!!!). En dernier recours j'ai adressé un courrier RAR au siège à HAMBOURG (allemagne), sans aucune réponse à ce jour!!! HAPPYCAR se moque de ses clients et n'assume pas ses engagements, travaille avec le loueur ORLANDO qui est malhonnête. A boycotter donc tous les deux!!!!

Über Check24 fanden wir die Autovermietung Orlando auf Fuerteventura. Über ein Subunternehmen Rent Vehicle überwiesen wir unsere Mietsumme von 89 €. Als die Kaution über 900 € von Orlando nach Wochen noch immer nicht zurückgezahlt wurde, begann eine einjährige Odyssee, an deren Ende Check24 dankenswerter Weise den Schaden übernommen hat. Hintergrund der Odyssee war, dass das Subunternehmen Rent Vehicle zwischenzeitlich in Konkurs ging, wir aber Orlando angeboten hatten, die Mietsumme noch einmal an sie direkt zu bezahlen, um an unsere Kaution zu kommen. Weder Check24 noch wir waren trotz mehrerer Telefongespräche (in englisch und spanisch) und etlichem Mailverkehr in der Lage, Orlando zur Rücküberweisung der Kaution zu bewegen. Es gab beständig die hinhaltende Antwort, dass man sich mit dem Problem beschäftigen würde. Also, bilden Sie sich bitte selbst eine Meinung, ob Sie bei Orlando ein Auto mieten möchten.

They do not refund cancellation money. They steal money!!! Reserve un coche a través de su web del 30 abril al 4 de mayo y por el confinamiento covid tuve que cancelarlo. Durante meses no obtuve respuesta y el 1 de Julio me pidieron mi número de cuenta para hacerme ingreso pero nunca llego. Desde entonces no responder ni atienden al teléfono ni a emails. He localizado a más gente en mi situación. ¡¡¡ESTAN QUEDANDOSE CON LAS DEVOLUCIONES!!! ESTAFA

Alquile un vehículo en marzo pasado, y todavia 6 meses después estoy esperando la devolución de la franquicia 750euros que debían haber devuelto al finalizar el alquiler como siempre habían hecho en anteriores alquileres.
No hay forma de que alguien contesté los correos enviados y tampoco telefónicamente

Una verguenza de empresa sin lugar a dudas. Cancelé una reserva hace más de dos meses y todavía no he visto un euro de lo que pagué. He llamado muchas veces y se pasan la pelota diciendo que sólo gestionan las devoluciones por mail. Son unos estafadores! No reservéis jamás con ellos!

ESTAFADORESSS!! Me hicieron un cargo en mi tarjeta totalmente injustificado de 560 euro! se inventan que le falta la bandeja del maletero, cosa totalmente FALSA Le pedí un justificante del cargo y nada (obvio, porque no existe) ni contestan a correos. Lo único que queda es denunciarles. No se como aún se pueda permitir que estas empresas sigan existiendo y estafando a la gente!

No lo recomiendo para nada. Cancelamos con antelación la reserva al haber las condiciones que tenía esta empresa para reservar un coche (como la elevada fianza y que no incluye seguro). Llevamos más de UN MES reclamando que nos devuelvan el dinero.

Nadie responde.

Llevo más de 6 meses pidiendo el dinero de una reserva que se anuló por Covid-19 y que no he disfrutado. Después de más de 50 emails siguen sin responderme, llamo por teléfono y me dicen que sólo gestionan devoluciones por email... y así se van pasando la pelota. Son unos IMPRESENTABLES y unos ESTAFADORES. Que no me han devuelto mi dinero, no me responden correos ni teléfono ni tampoco los mensajes de WhatsApp. Desactivaron la cuenta de Facebook dejándome los mensajes en visto y sin responder.
No reservéis con ellos!!!!
