In regards to the size, this can be a personal choice and we have photos on the website of the item with measurements and also in a persons ear to gauge the size before buying.

We are sorry to hear the quality of our products didn't reach your expectations.

On the product page there are multiple photos of the product including photos with them being worn so you can see what they look like on. These are photos taken of exactly the same product you received so I am not sure how you can say they don't match the picture at all.
