On the freebies — fair point. They're optional bonus items we offer at certain spend thresholds, and you get to add them to your cart yourself before checkout. They're based on what we have in stock at the time, so unfortunately we can't match them to specific orders. We get that a random colour isn't always useful, and that feedback genuinely helps us think about how we improve the offering.

Chad, this was a cracking read.

We spend a lot of time thinking about that moment when the box lands and you open it, so hearing the packaging turned the unboxing into an event is gold. And the cheetah with a jet pack line gave the team a laugh, we’ll take the credit for moving quickly, even if we can’t promise wildlife involvement.
