Thanks a bunch for your honest feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know. We’re stoked to hear your OTAA order arrived swiftly but truly sorry for the colour mix-up between the Vernazza Dark Brown & Chocolate Brown Skinny Ties/Pocket Squares.

Just a quick note, each tie and pocket square has its product name and SKU printed on the back of the packaging to help identify which is which.

You’re spot on, we’ve worked hard to shift most of our external packaging to paper and cardboard, but the plastic wrap on garments is something we’re actively looking into. Switching to tissue is a damn fine idea and exactly the kind of insight that helps us improve ⚓🌊.

Thanks for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with OTAA didn’t meet expectations. We always aim to deliver quality and value in every piece, so it’s disappointing to know you felt otherwise when comparing us with other brands.

We also understand your concern about international return costs. Being based in Australia can make returns more expensive for overseas customers, and we know that’s not ideal. At the same time, we haven’t received any email or contact from you regarding this return. If you had reached out, we could have guided you through the process and helped in any way possible to make things easier.
