Great service
Pre-ordered an item from here, ended up changing the exact item I got, and customer support was very effective in completing that request. Gave me regular updates during the wait, and it arrived a little earlier than projected, safely packaged and undamaged :) Overall great experience

Customer service is non existent.
Absolutely shocking customer service.
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience with this company, it is a constant issue whenever you try to contact them with questions or concerns about your order. They simply do not respond and completely ignore you.
I have personally attempted to contact them on numerous occasions regarding my numerous purchases and have never received a response. What makes this even more frustrating is that email appears to be the only method of contacting them, leaving customers with no alternative way of getting in touch when their emails are ignored.
Their overall service is extremely disappointing. Items are often dispatched MONTHS after they have already been released, particularly when compared with other companies selling the same products, which makes the lack of communication even more frustrating when you are waiting for an order.
Their cancellation policy is also particularly difficult to navigate if you decide you no longer wish to proceed with an order. The process appears to make it unnecessarily difficult to cancel and obtain a full refund, which leaves the customer feeling that the policy is designed primarily to protect the company rather than provide a fair and reasonable service to its customers.
Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a company simply to receive a response about an order they have paid for. Basic communication, transparency and reasonable customer service should be the bare minimum.
Overall, consistently a disappointing experience and, based on my experience, a company I would be very reluctant to purchase from again.

Email is not always reliable — messages can go to spam, or there may be a typing error in the address — so we also have a message page on our website. Please use that if you need to reach us, as it is the most reliable way to make sure your message gets through.
We do aim to update customers as quickly as we can. If you still have open orders or unanswered questions, please send us a message through that page with your order number(s) and we will look into them for you.
On dispatch times: most of the items come from Japan, and international shipping has been less stable recently, which can delay parcels. Sourcing from Japan is often quicker, but the shipping cost is higher and returns are more difficult if there is a product issue. We understand the wait is disappointing when you have already paid.
Regarding cancellations: our terms are there so cancellations are handled fairly and are not open to misuse, which would affect the business. That said, our team is here to help with genuine requests. If you would like to cancel or discuss a refund, please contact us via the message page with the order details and we will review it.

We have received your email and have already offered return and refund as a solution for you. Please check your inbox for the details, and if anything is missing just reply to that email and we’ll sort it straight away.
On the listing itself: the product photos are the official images supplied by the manufacturer, so we have to use those. The title and description do state that the items are the same character. We’re sorry if the photos made that less clear than they should have been, and we understand why that would be frustrating after spending on several listings.
We’re sorry this wasn’t the experience you hoped for. Once you’ve returned the order, the refund will be processed as soon as possible.

Amazing Merch and Delivery

Unbelievably Lucky First Draw
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled after this experience! I did a single draw for the Attack on Titan Ichiban Kuji and managed to win the A prize — I couldn’t believe it! Such a fun and memorable moment. Great experience overall!

Overall it was very good and i recommend this website.It doesnt have that many options compared to others but its affordable and quick so it makes up for its self.I was expecting my package at a later date but it came quiet early.Customer service is also good and product quality is great
