Second time getting a package from Otaku Daily and they always pack all my merch so neatly and tightly and wrap almost EVERYTHING in bubble wrap. Absolutely love it.
Pre-ordered an item from here, ended up changing the exact item I got, and customer support was very effective in completing that request. Gave me regular updates during the wait, and it arrived a lit... ãã£ãšèŠã
Spent a load of money buying individual characters and was sent the same one! Very disappointed child after waiting almost 6 months!

I wasnât sure at first⊠but Otaku Daily UK is great!
Initially I wasnât sure of ordering from Otaku Daily UK as I would usually consider Amiami or Hobby Genki and alike when I want Japanese merchandise.
I am so glad I ordered from Otaku Daily UK! At the time of ordering, it was the only storefront I could find the chimikemo mascot I wanted and even better, delivery was much faster than it would have been if I ordered the same product from Japan!
I donât often leave reviews but my experience was so smooth and great! Thank you Otaku Daily UK!! ð

Thank you for giving Otaku Daily UK a chance! We completely understand the hesitation when you're used to ordering directly from Japan, so we're thrilled that we could exceed your expectations.

Enjoy your new mascot, and thank you again for the 5-star support!

Excellent first purchase from Otaku Daily!
I pre-ordered a Tifa Lockhart plush at the end of December last year and itâs just arrived today (2nd March)! Although the Otaku Daily website said that my parcel was due to be shipped in Feb, Iâve got an upcoming holiday planned for March and was worried that it might arrive while I was away. I sent an email to the customer service team and Nelson was very helpful! He put my mind at ease and was very prompt in changing the shipping address for me. Shortly afterwards, I had an email update to say my parcel had shipped and it arrived within 3 days! Overall, Iâm very impressed with the excellent service and communication, and Iâll definitely be coming back to Otaku Daily! I can definitely recommend buying the Final Fantasy plushes from there if youâre struggling to find certain ones like Tifa! She arrived safe and sound and Iâm very happy to add her to my collection. Thank you Otaku Daily - 10/10!
