Second time getting a package from Otaku Daily and they always pack all my merch so neatly and tightly and wrap almost EVERYTHING in bubble wrap. Absolutely love it.

I ordered 2 little onemutan figures, admittedly i was skeptical at first as no where else in the UK had these figures, but they arrived as pictured/described - I will definitely order from otaku again!
Their customer service team on emails were quick to reply and really friendly, also shipping was super quick too!
Really happy with my purchase, would 100% recommend

Great store for Holofans!
Great place to get Holostars merch in the UK without the insane shipping fees, wish I found you guys sooner! Arrived well packaged and the team responded quickly to any questions! Would definitely recommend!

reliable and friendly

Great experience
First time I've Bought anything from this store and I gotta say they were great! My item arrived quickly and in great condition and the store had a great selection of items that I couldn't find elsewhere! (It's especially great if you're a hololive fan!!) Would recommend!

Great experience
Got a Pikachu figurine for my girlfriend’s birthday - I wasn’t sure which one to choose but the service team was really helpful. And the delivery is fast - they even suggested a birthday card for my friend!
