Prompt delivery and dno plastic
Very prompt delivery and delighted to have a kettle without a plastic window as these always start leaking!

UK customer here
UK customer here: I have purchased their expensive kettle model 5 working days ago and have had ZERO communication on dispatch/delivery besides an automated email confirming purchase.
Being an overseas client and given the amount involved I am nervous.
I will update review with progress but the current situation is they have not even responded to a chaser sent earlier today. Would not recommend based on experience so far. Communication is key for overseas deliveries.

A kettle without plastics inside!
I was looking for a kettle without plastics and I gound it. It is noisier than the model I had before but very happy.

Great Stylish Electric Kettle
I was looking for a high-quality stainless steel electric kettle (for health reasons), made in the EU (for ecological reasons) at a reasonable price. AI recommended Ottoni Fabbrica, a company with production in Northern Italy, and their product Alice. The e-shop is user-friendly and in English. I had the option to pay via SEPA bank transfer. The e-shop communicated with me continuously and clearly in English. The product was delivered to the Czech Republic by a courier service within 5 days of payment. The kettle works perfectly, has excellent build quality, and a stylish design. Thank you. I am thrilled!

Bin begeistert!
Vielen Dank!

simply excellent
I have ordered from Ottoni Fabbrica frying pans (Mastrochef, they last several years with heavy use) and water kettles (Alice, previous one lasted 7 years) on several occasions. The quality of the products and the speed of their service are unrivalled. Congrats to the team!

Very fast delivery
Very fast delivery! I’ve only had the electric kettle for one day, so I cannot say much about durability. But so far it’s the best kettle I’ve ever had.
