I required an urgent cancelation on a membership and joie assisted me very quickly and kindly to get the ball rolling. I appreciate his speedy service.

I am not happy with anything from this company. Never wanted to be signed up
Infact all I did was requested to sign up fir a dove hamper and when I saw that I yad to pay delivery fee in dollars I cancelled the transaction. And low and behold u was signed up anyway.

I never wanted to sign up, they tricked me with misleading advertising, I tried several times to cancel the plan and they put me to do a thousand steps to be able to cancel the plan that I never wanted.
