I purchased an air hose from the website, it was faulty from first use. I sent them an email and I received a quick response from Joel. He laid out everything they needed to address the issue in one email. I received a note that I would be sent a replacement and I have received a tracking number for the replacement shipment the same day. Very fast and simple service Thank you to Joel for making things easy.

Steph has provided outstanding service to ensure we receive our products ordered.
A delay in despatch meant a change of delivery address was needed and Steph went above and beyond to ensure that happened.

Talei was brilliant , she sorted a small problem with the order with patience and professionalism . The online ordering system needs to be much simpler..why do you need passwords etc etc to order a caravan part ? and the same applies to writing a review .

Company has a gr8 range of items relation to my caravanning needs whilst travelling Oz.
Staff are helpful & friendly.
When having a warranty issue with one product, this was reported & action was conducted straight away.
For example contact was made by Outback Equip to the manufacturer of the item within 1 hours & replacement part posted to me the same day.
Very happy all round with Outback Equip.

Great customer service from Mitch today! He explained all about the Croc Hinges and how they work in an easy to understand way. Made special effort to send through the latest installation guide as well. Top service, thanks Mitch. Appreciated having the store open for a face to face shop on a Sunday!

Had an issue my MSA drivers mirror
and contacted Outback equipment for advice . Joel and his team were excellent with prompt , friendly service resolving my problem. MSA Australia who make quality tow mirrors were also excellent to deal with. Highly recommended.

Returned a manufacturer's faulty product.
Joel made swapping out easy and straight forwards. With clear directions and quick response times, I had the replacement product at my doorstep within a week.

Outback Equipment sent the wrong order, after contacting them they sent a return through Aust Post but Aust Post would not accept it. Next they sent a Courier return label but the Courier did not turn up. Meanwhile my original order has not been fullfilled and when I asked for a refund they just keep delaying.

This guys are taking customer service very seriously!!! Always happy to help and support with enquiries!!! They know how to build trust with their customers

Bought 2 chairs and after about 5 months 1 had a problem with fabric tearing ( the other is perfect) figured this can sometimes happen and as we were really happy with the chairs up until then we would see about warranty. Had an excellent experience with the team, jordan/steph and as we are travelling in a caravan they sent a new chair to the next the most convenient place.
All round a good experience which will have us purchasing from them again.
