I am pleased to pass on my recommendation for outback equipment. I balls up an order, all my fault and Talei fixed it. It took her several calls to fix it, but she did it. Well done Talei!!

I ordered the wrong controller as a Xmas present for my daughters car sent an email as I was stressing , email was returned straight away by a lovely lady Steph , within 2 mins problem was solved and fixed . Thankyou Steph for your quick response

Very happy with the response from Steph. I ordered 2 covers and a tracking number was sent but nothing happened. I contacted support and Steph found that it was on order. She also changed the colour of the cover on my enquiry. Well done!

I was a bit unsure after making an online seat cover purchase for my Landcruiser but a quick call to the customer service line had it all sorted. Great service, I had a holding credit and when I rang to order something Courtney was very friendly and courteous and the transaction was completed immediately. Have always received goods on time and in perfect condition.

Do not buy anything from this company. It’s been over a month and they still can’t even tell me when my fishing reel will be delivered. 3 different people have contacted me and not one person has an answer for “where is my reel”. This is a scam business. Do not buy from them.

This is by far the worst company i've dealt with in regards to shipping. They get your money and then dont ship out your goods for atleast a week sometimes more because they need to wait on the stock to arrive from suppliers. In some cases they will even tell you a week after you've paid your money and item should be on the way that they cant supply as its out of stock! The most rubbish company, i will never buy through them again!
