Purchased two lights, ordered them and didn't select the right color. Emailed in the next day when I finally got a response was told it was too late they were already done. Then it shipped 3 days later to only arrive and be told I can do a return this will cost up to 50% the value of a light and can not get a address to send it to. Lack of response from customer service for over a week with multiple attempts.

BUYER WARNING to anyone considering purchasing from this company. I ordered two Aven lights from Outlight (one large, one small) over two months ago. Almost a month went by without any update after paying in full for my order. Finally after an email from me asking where my lights were, I was informed by a representative that they were being made and would be shipped shortly.
Two weeks later I received one (small) Aven light but not the large example. I've subsequently sent four emails over the past month asking for an update without any response. At this point, I'm out almost $500 for the large light and just filed a case/complaint with my credit card company and will also do the same with the Better business bureau. Totally unethical and poor treatment from the company.
Fully paid but no delivery???
Ordered an unique floor lamp Order #2834 (great in pics and instagram posts) in early September 2025. It's already mid October. Out of my 10+emails, 2 responses in early Sept before they ghosted me. Concerned that my $600 vanished in thin air.
Waiting for a Refund
I also ordered an Aven Large fixture in mid-August and was then told that they would not ship to me in Spain. They accepted the order, took my money, and three months later informed me that they would not be able to deliver, and would refund my credit card. I have not been able to get a response from Outlight on my refund for several weeks now.
I see there are numerous reviews expressing the same communication and response issues - they do seem to respond to these negative reviews.

I had previously left a 1 star review because I thought the company was a scam since it took over two months to receive the product with very minimal communication from the company about the delay. However, I just received my Aven lamp and it is very much so real and very pretty. I think the company is new and wasnât set up for the amount of customers they were getting, but it seems that their communication has improved and lamps are finally being delivered! Besides the late delivery and poor communication, Iâm very happy with the lamp. Only downside now is I did not receive the summer sale gift that was promised.
Fake advertising, cheap and flimsy lamp.
I ordered the Fira lamp from outlight.us. It took around 5 weeks to arrive. The product is real, but is flimsy and made of cheap material. The shade is made of plastic, not glass. The reviews and the images are all AI, and they make the lamp seem much more premium than it actually is.
The product is real. Looks fine once lit and if not being inspected from up close, but is really not worth the price tag at all. I'd pay no more than $50 for a lamp made of these materials.

Nice website and very good looking lamps. Good luck getting your order! Pretty sure they ship from China on a rowboat. No phone number to call and only one guy who works in customer service. Tracking says waiting for pickup in LA for 5 days. I am not optimistic that my lamp will ever arrive. These Chinese websites clearly have no inventory in the US.

Ordered lamp in July - no delivery and no more communication
Ordered lamp in July, got confirmation and then no update for weeks. Then they claimed they lost shipment and new production has started. No responses to my injuries. Then they sent me update that shipment has arrived and is ready for UPS final mile. Tracking number leads into nirvana. No updates.
Seems to be a scam, began working with credit card company. BEWARE, recommend to not engage with them commercially.

So far, so good. After several attempts, I did finally receive a response from Outlight. They estimate from 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of their "Aven" lamp. Obviously, the product is made in China, and I expect that most of the long delivery time is down to customs and supply chain issues. So we'll seeâbut they did respond to email.

I ordered an Aven floor lamp, my card was charged. A month later, no light and no communication. I sent 3 emails to the customer service email on their website (Iâm not allowed by Trust Pilot to post it here) and received zero responses.
Yes Iâve checked my Junk folder.
I will be disputing the charge on my card. Donât do business with these people. They will just waste your time.

I still have no lamp and the only way Outlight has communicated to me is through their response to my review that they just posted to Trustpilot.
They havenât attempted to contact me to resolve the TWO MONTH issue, but as you can see here they want me to reach out to them. How about they reach out to me and all of their customers that they havenât delivered to in over two months?
