Lamp is completely made out of plastic.
I got the Noa (type 4) lamp. The description says itâs made of steel and frosted glass, but itâs 100% made out of plastic. Not to mention the box came completely damaged so even if I could return it (which they wonât), I wonât be able to. Oh, and it took them 8 weeks, and only shipped when I complained. An expensive lesson to not trust these drop shipping companies. Buyer beware!

Do not trust Outlight.US Scam!!!
I believe this company is a scam. I ordered 4 outdoor lights that stated were in stock. I received a FedEx tracking number within a few days of placing my order with an arrival date and my credit card was charged. It is now 3 weeks after the arrival date and the delivery never came. FedEx said they never received a pick up order. This company does not have a phone # and does not follow through and customer service is a joke. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges.

Customer service has been good, but the main issue is with the lights. The fixtures do not appear to be designed for standard US light boxes, and given the price of these fixtures, the fact that the bulbs cannot be replaced is extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend either redesigning them for US compatibility or making the bulbs replaceable, as this would significantly improve the value for customers. I am returning the lights and must still pay for shipping as well as a 20% restocking fee, which feels unfair under these circumstances. Customers should be very, very careful before ordering, as these important limitations were not clearly explained on the website.

Return policy too punitive
I purchased 2 sconces for a new addition. When my electrician was ready to do all the electrical prework, he said the lights were missing items to install the fixtures. The return rules are too restrictive and I missed the 30 day window by 2 days. You only get a little money back by the time you pay for restocking fees and shipping back. $300 down the drain.

Paid $383 for a lamp. This was a scam. The quality would not even be something you'd see at the dollar store. The shade was a super flisy platic like a platic water bottle. I will report to BBB.
I purchased a pair of the large AvenâŠ
I purchased a pair of the large Aven Lights. One of the included bulbs did not work. Aven will not ship a replacement. They indicated that I should buy one and they will reimburse me for the cost. The problem is that these bulbs are not readily available (which is likely why they will not ship them. It is at least 4 to 5 weeks to get a replacement bulb from any online vendor (and Home Depot and Ace Hardware do not carry them. So after waiting 3 - 4 weeks for the lamps you will need to wait another 4 - 5 weeks for a bulb (if any of the delicate included bulbs do not work.)
Outlight would rather you send the entire lamp back vs sending you a replacement bulb.
I cannot send the lamp back as they will charge a 20% restocking fee and you pay for shipping (as I bought a pair of lamps to be displayed together.and they will charge the restock fee on the second lamp._
Additionally when I purchased the offer included a "Special Gift". Needless to say there was no special gift and when I inquired they said "oh we made a mistake and did not include your gift but we will send you a gift card for $25 off your next purchase. " Again disappointing at best - but likely false advertising. There is no special gift included - just a $25 off gift card if you follow-up about your gift
Lastly you cannot talk to a live rep - just an automated AI assistant and slow email correspondence.

Outright.us is shady as heck
Outlight.us may not be an outright scam but it is definitely duplicitous at best. I did end up receiving my lamp after two months and only after contacting them. The quality of the lamp is nowhere near worth the price point. Also be aware they immediately delete negative reviews on their website in order to trick you into thinking everybody loves them. My review was deleted twice because it was less than 4 stars. Lo and behold I saw someone else post a 1 star review which appeared on their website reviews for about twenty minutes before it magically disappeared. Iâm keeping the lamp only because Iâd have to pay return shipping as well as the restocking fee.

Simply a scam. Product quality is unbelievably bad while prices are hefty. Cheap Chinese stuff that wouldn't sell at Walmart or Target. Also, very shady return policy: 20% restocking fee and you pay your own shipping back. Also, no free gifts.

When I contact the shipping company, they inform me they have never received the package from the company. BUYER BEWARE: Cheap product - High Price Tag, Poor Communication
Purchased the Fira floor lamp from Outlight. After waiting weeks and receiving multiple tracking numbers the lamp finally arrived. Upon opening the box I was shocked. The shade, was a very flimsy plastic material and the hombre pattern that looks amazing on the website looks like spray paint spattered around the bottom. The base is not heavy and overall it's cheaply made and definitely not worth the $475 asking price. When making the quality complaint to the email provided, I was told that "I should be receiving my lamp soon." After multiple back and forth's and them not acknowledging my complaint, I did the return on the website only to find, that I have to pay for return shipping and they're charging me $95 for restocking fee. It's obvious this still covers the cost of the lamp and still probably gives them a healthy margin. Again this lamp should be priced at $29.95 at best. Also, the return address is someone's home. I can't find Outlight, LLC on any registry. This is a pretty website that's drop shipping everything from China. BUYER BEWARE!
Maybe a scam, maybe inept, but no lamp
I ordered (#2962) and paid for an Aven lamp on September 2. After a month, I attempted to find out the status of my order. Contacted email customer service and sadly discovered there is nearly zero customer support, a couple of vague and unhelpful email replies. This past week they informed me that the lamp was delivered, and provided tracking info. If there ever was a lamp, it was send to Tulsa, Oklahoma. I live in Los Angeles. I have no lamp, no reply for Outlight, no refund. I'm not ready to call it all a scam, but it certainly is a poorly run manufacturer/seller. If I don't get a reply in the next day or two, I'll be filing a fraud claim with my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau.
Severe Operational Probs or Scam
Either this company has severe operational problems or they are a total scam. I would not trust them. Even the website reviews and pics stink of being AI generated. I purchased a lamp and after 2-3 weeks, the website order (only accessible through a link not an actual account) gave a UPS fake link which states "label printed but item not received at UPS". I began emailing to ask for a sense of when it would be delivered. I have never receive a single response in 10-12 emails and website messages. It's now been well over a month and the item was supposedly prepared for UPS several weeks ago.
No light. No refund. No response to queries.
I ordered an Aven light in early August. It's now the end of October and I've gotten nothing but a couple of "The Dog Ate My Homework" replies from the company. Still no light. Still no refund. I'd give them a -5 rating if I could.

Disappointing customer service
Based on reviews we thought we would have a good experience with this company. We ordered four outdoor lights. Product was very slow to arrive, almost a month. Two of the products arrived with damaged wiring. Customer service has been almost non-existent as we attempt to return the two damage lights in exchange for two new ones. We have sent multiple emails as well as FB messages. Sincerely hoping this will be resolved so we are able to update this review to reflect a more positive outcome.
