Outway レビュー

Outway socks are fantastic (great quality and the best prints!) and the customer service provided is also top notch. I recently purchased the wrong size of socks that were meant to be given as a gift and Outway corrected the issue right away for me!

OUTWAY is the best! Customer service was so quick responsive and genuinely cared about helping me. And the socks are super comfy for workouts and they look great. Definitely buying more!

Great quality socks. Bought some a couple of years ago and they still look and feel great, no discolouration and the material remains like new I've now ordered some more and the customer service was A1. Highly recommend this product.

Love the socks. Love how quickly they respond to emails.
Would like some of the “darker” patterns to come back though.
I really liked the skeleton one and the one with monsters on it.

Great socks! I've purchased the original Outway athletic socks ages ago to wear to Crossfit, they are comfy and keep my feet cool and dry when things get spicy. They wear like iron too, I'm sure a couple pairs that I keep in rotation are more than 5 years old! The everyday merino and merino hikers are awesome for daily wear and for outdoor activities too. One word of caution, if you have pets that shed and hardwood floors, the merino socks to an excellent job of collecting fur! Size the merino socks up a notch and they will be more comfortable and will probably last longer too. My feet are size 11, I have found that L/XL socks work better than size M, which is what the sizing chart tells me I should buy. I've just received my first order of the new cotton socks and these just may be my new favorite daily wear socks, well done! When I have had occasion to contact customer support, the team has been prompt to respond and solved issues promptly without any hassles at all. I'm a fan!

Best socks ever and a great customer experience! I made the mistake on my order, and they patched up for me quickly and efficiently. They would deserve more stars if I could give them!

Love my socks, so do my kids. Great customer service with fantastic followup.

Great customer service, quick delivery and an excellent product. There’s really nothing else!!

The socks are amazing but…the customer service from Outway is, quite frankly, the best customer service I’ve received from an online store front. Communication was clear, THEY followed up with me multiple times without me having to chase them down. A big shout out to Maria and Andrew for being on top of this right from the jump. A night and day difference to most places. Will be shopping with them again for sure.

A friend told me about Outway, as I was complaining about my ankle socks slipping and sliding into my shoes, I thought I would try Outway and see if the touting was accurate.
So far these socks are pretty nice.
I like the feel and comfort.
I initially had an issue at checkout on the website, but Customer Service was prompt and helpful.
The socks aren’t cheap but I feel they might be worth it.
However I have only had them a few weeks, so time will tell.

Cheers.

Merci!!

The Outway product is amazing, but does not compare to the customer service!!

Outway's customer service is second to none. They went out of their way to make sure my concern was resolved, and even followed up after!

Ordered a few pairs that ended up being smaller than I'd like I sent an email to the small team and they replaced it immediately and gave me exactly what I needed.. will never order socks from anywhere else customer for life

Had an issue with a few socks and the customer service was outstanding. They replaced them very quickly no returned needed!

“I’ve purchased socks from Outway several times, and it’s always been a great experience. I’ve had a couple of small warranty issues, and they’ve always been very generous and happy to replace the product.

Recently, I accidentally damaged a pair myself while opening the package with scissors, and they still went above and beyond and sent me a replacement pair.

Their products are high quality, the designs are great, and you can tell they’re a young, dedicated team that genuinely cares about their customers. They’re always quick to respond and make sure their customers are taken care of.

Their website is also very well designed and easy to use. More companies should take a look at what Outway is doing and follow their example. Great products and outstanding customer service!”

Great socks, nice design and amazing quality that last years! Excellent customer service!
