Is it possible to give zero stars? No. That’s a shame - because I can’t comment on their work… Because no one turned up.

Attempt one: got a call to say they were running late. Okay I can accept that. A bit later they cancelled about half an hour before they were due.

Customer Services (there’s an oxymoron with this company) rebooked me for a couple of weekends later. Queue me getting a friend to come and house sit for me to let the people in.
Slot booked for Sunday AM, with a time slot given of between 10AM and 1PM.

Attempt two: It’s now 1:30PM and I’ve heard NOTHING. My friend has been there since before 10 and no one has turned up. I’ve had no phone calls or emails. And oddly enough there’s no one answering when I call the company to see what’s going on.

So as it stands, my friend has wasted half their Sunday off sitting in my house waiting. And I’m currently out £40 for a service that simply never arrived!!! Angry is not covering it right now.

I highly recommend Simon for his excellent cleaning of my double oven. He had a very pleasant and professional manner. I would be pleased to use him again.

I wish I had seen these reviews. Booked an afternoon appointment to which was changed to morning appointment night before they were coming so had to cancel, told me they only do full day appointments, failed to say this when they took half the money off me! I’m struggling to get my 45.00 back, they just say it’s with there accounts department.

Awful scam company!! I stupidly paid upfront, they cancelled at short notice. I’ve asked for a refund but doubt I will get it. I should have researched more. DO NOT USE!!

Cancelled last minute, had changed all my plans to accommodate them attending and received a voicemail less than 16 hours before them due to arrive

Firstly the cleaner did not arrive on the date agreed. I was told he had rang in sick.

Two days later he arrived. Did not clean the oven very well. The floor was filthy when he had finished. It took him about 15 minutes to do. The back of the oven and the top were still dirty. Do not use this company.

Hidden fees and rude customer service

I paid £40 for an oven clean - £20 as a deposit and told the remaining balance would be paid on the day by cash or card.

On the day customer service rang to confirm the appointment but said the remaining payment had to be over the phone and that the email about payment on the day was probably outdated. They then proceeded to tell me that since I live in a block of flats it would actually be £90 for the clean (no prior warning or information telling me this beforehand). After saying I’d like to cancel and get a refund they swiftly said they could do it for £65 as an offer.

Half an hour before, the cleaner rang me to say he was on his way and asked if there was parking to which I said no, there was only on street parking in the area and none for my building. He said that was fine he’d just have to find somewhere nearby.

Half an hour later I receive a voicemail to say the cleaner couldn’t find parking so he’s had to move on and they’d reschedule my appointment for another day. They are now refusing to come altogether because they said my building doesn’t have parking and customer service are denying the cleaner ever said it was fine for him to find parking nearby. Bearing in mind they could have asked me any of this or made this information clear at any stage before the day of cleaning, this is an extremely poor way to run a a business and embarrassingly disorganised. The staff were extremely rude and unapologetic. I’ll be going elsewhere for future cleaning.

Oven clean cancelled on date supposed to be done.
Refund requested. I was informed this would take up to 14 days. Now on day 15 & despite several phone calls no communication or refund received.

I arranged an oven clean and paid a 50% deposit. The clean was cancelled 3 times at very short notice so I decided not to proceed. I am still waiting for a refund 6 weeks later despite reassurances that "it is processing". Not impressed,

The worst tradesperson experience in over 50 years of home ownership. Oven, shelves and hob left greasy, no attempt to keep work area clean, thick waste grease illegally dumped on driveway and no response to my complaint.

Do not use. Booked an afternoon slot online & paid half the fee. Two days before the booking I was called for the other half of the fee. After taking the money they informed me the cleaner would be with me between 8-11 am. Despite afternoon slots being available online, I was told they don't cover my area in the afternoon. Now been waiting 10 days for my refund. Don't waste your time or money.

Paid £25 deposit. They rang day before appointment to confirm. Told me there would be an extra £25 charge because I was on the first floor. It did not say anything about this in the advert.! I immediately cancelled it, and they said I wouldn't be getting my deposit back. I think I got off lightly after reading reviews. Don't waste your money.

Warren from Oven support was brilliant, on time polite, hardworking and left everything spotless.

Appointment was cancelled the morning of the appointment with an alternative 2 weeks in. Requested my money back, got an email to provide bank details and my email back was undeliverable, called them and got mixed messages. Money back can take up to 28!! Days. It’s a scam!

My booking was cancelled at very late notice, rescheduled then cancelled again at late notice. Like many other customers had to pay a £20 deposit which I’ve asked to be refunded back and was told this can take around 28 days … AVOID!!

They did a very poor job. Trod oven cleaner and grease across the kitchen and hall floor. Left copious amounts of oven cleaning residue in the oven despite claiming there was none when leaving at that the oven is ready to use. Despite discussing this with Sabrina, she refused to offer a refund and only offered to clean my oven again which I’ve already had to do myself as it was left in such a chemical soaked state it was less usable than before. Not surprised they have such awful reviews. Do yourself a favour and use somebody else.

Terrible do not use this company, echo what everyone else is saying here, experienced the same service! I am still waiting for a cleaner to arrive it's been 5days since my booking day! Do not pay them any money till they come through your door, you will not get a refund even if it is there incompetence either! My cleaner was due to come on Monday, they texted to say he/she is sick; rescheduled for Thursday but they were apparently running so late that they wouldn't be able to come until way past my appointment, I had to cancel after running and chasing them all day I gave up and didn't want them to show up! Massive disappointment, I'm questioning if they are scammers now as they haven't responded to any of my emails, what sort of descent company leaves a customer hinging like that!

This is the state I was left with AFTER a so called professional (ox28 Tony) oven clean on Monday this week. It took me three hours to clean up the mess they left behind, and to finish what they started, by cleaning the oven myself.

They didn’t take any parts off the oven to clean it properly, simply gave everything a quick wipe over, which I could’ve done myself. I was left with old excess food, old grease around the doors, seals and knobs, and a huge puddle of grease damaging my laminate floor and resulting in me having to tip my oven sideways to clean the puddle that had seeped underneath. Furthermore, the grease had been stood in and walked through my entire kitchen and through to my hall, along with black bits that had been scraped from the oven and left on the floor.

I did not hire a professional only to endure 3 hours of hard manual labour doing the job myself. What an absolute waste of money this was.

I contacted customer services the same day, who offered a re clean. Obviously I declined. Firstly, I had already spent 3 hours doing it myself therefore there was nothing to clean. Secondly, why would I let them back into my house when they are clearly incompetent with no hygiene standards, and no standards regarding quality of service. I was then told to put my complaint into an email, along with the photos/videos. I asked how long I would expect to wait for a response, to which was told 24-48 hours.

I sent the email immediately, reiterating that I would wait until closing time Wednesday for a response (which was more than generous since this was slightly more than 48 hours).

Fast forward to today (Thursday), no response. I received a short and bland email this morning merely offering (again) a re clean. I then realised, not only were the cleaners incompetent, but also their customer service staff. I replied three times today; reiterating what I stated in my first complaint email. No response.

Fast forward to this afternoon, I called them, again. The person told me they would speak to their colleague dealing with the matter and get them to call me right back. It is now 5pm, nothing.

I have given them more than ample opportunity to rectify this situation by simply giving a refund. They have chosen to ignore me. I have even chased through their Facebook page. Given that they have ruined my laminate floor, I think a refund is the very least they could do!

AVOID these scam artists like the plague! I would not want anyone to ever experience what I have.

I will not give up either. I tried to negotiate a solution and failed. I will therefore be taking the next necessary legal steps regarding both the refund, AND the damaged flooring!

Company cancelled on 2 occasions and I decided not 2 rebook, was promised my £40 back but months have went by and still no refund. Terrible customer service. It’s just unfortunate that they sub contract to other local company’s who have different names, even when you phone a local cleaner you get put through to Oven support. Would never use them again.
