I recieved the wrong dress in error .
I recieved the wrong dress in error .
I went onto the chat on the website and spoke to Aoibhe
She sorted it for me in seconds and ordered the correct one for me and I will send back the incorrect one in the morning.
It was so easy to fix , im delighted ill have the correct dress before my event

Large order went missing - no resolution
Placed a significant order worth over €230 with Oxendales. It was never received. Courier never contacted me, despite claiming they were given authority to leave package somewhere. Parcel was not at delivery address, no phone call, no note on the day and no resolution from company afterwards, despite not receiving 3 very valuable items. Terrible shopping experience. Have tried to resolve with both Oxendales and courier partner and am now out of pocket with no order received. Would never shop there again.
