I've have never been given my 50 thousand back since they stole my money.Are they with another company now? I hope they go to jail for lieing and scamming many of us.

Regretfully, I was also fool here. I lost everything to them. If you click on my display profile you can see the name of the bussiness I invested in, which produced healthy earnings and served as a testament to my life's breakthrough, my withdrawal application always processes smoothly every time I try to do so.

This is the biggest and the most well-orchestrated scam I have encountered in my lifetime. They promise you a hassle-free investment with high returns taking thousands from your IRA but guess what? Several years back while still living in USA my wife and i transferred over $300k to get Gold from this horrible. They ignore you or ask for more deposits when it's time to withdraw your money.

They stole my whole 401k and I looked up Patrick Granfar and this is the address I came up with for his residence 13900 marquesas Way, apartment 3436, Marina Del Rey California 90292

Company cannot be trusted and the law has to go after the thieves who stole money from us - Patric Granfar, President; Jonathan Adler, CFO; and my rep Leila Gharache - all are crooks. Filed reports with FTC - BBB- tried return receipt - no place to deliver - they have run off with our money and left us without the precious metals sadly. Get the word out - they must go after their assets. Thank you !

Victim of theft and fraud. Initiated transaction in Q4 of 2022. President called me and assured me everything would be handled and made right. Never happened.

As of 7/25/2024 the Oxford Gold Group website has been taken down.

I returned silver in April and it was acknowledged receipt 3 days later and now NOTHING - no payment, no response after 3 months. I’ve even contacted the owner.

They stole from me also. I invested my retirement IRA to Oxford Gold Group over $500,000.00 and never received 1 oz of gold or silver. That was my entire life savings. I saw on a news article that another client checked their office and it was empty like they skipped out on all of us. We need to find out how we can fight back for our money. The news article is on ABC Channel 7 .com I purchased my metals June 7,2023 never received anything.

I was totally convinced it was the right decision when I committed to them, how it all went wrong still baffles me. Glad for fоrтrоsенаll intеrvеntion in the end, was already thinking of throwing in the towel after weeks with no improvemеnt. Wouldn't want anyone else to relive my experience at their hands. For your own sake stay clear of them.

Rolled over my 401k in Nov 2023 to metals. Hey, even Jesse Kelly the radio guy told us all how great Oxford Gold is! BTW, I emailed Jesse Kelly and let him know the OGG is a scam and stolen everyone's money, but no reply from him. As far as I know, he still sings their praises on the radio paid for by our stolen money (I can't listen to him anymore). I filed a complaint with the BBB in Los Angeles, but OGG's CEO Pedram Granfar never replied to the complaint. I fear the place is closed down, and everyone involved is enjoying early retirement including my rep Matt Malek (a wolf in sheep's clothing). I called Equity Trust and they tranferred me to "another department" where I was on hold forever before hanging up. Are they involved in this charade too? They stole $75,000.00 of a 401K rolled over into a Self-directed IRA.
Deposit was never made into the Dallas Depository. Equity Trust Company has the amount listed as "unsettled metals," and severed ties with the Oxford Gold Group. This was a life savings for retirement. How are they not in handcuffs at this time? Filed with local PD, FBI, state AG, etc. Company has not returned phone calls. If I could give them zero stars and see them arrested I would; I want my money back.

ZERO STARS! I never received an invoice with my purchase. Didn't think anything of it, I was a first time purchaser with zero knowledge of investing. The agent assured me she would 'take care of me'. She sure did. When I was reviewing my investments, I requested a copy of my purchases, I was appalled to see that I was charged ALMOST DOUBLE SPOT PRICE at the time! I made a purchase from another company at MUCH lower rate. These people took full advantage of my lack of knowledge. 156K, I should be making a good profit with prices up so much, but haven't even broke even with the gouging they did to me. Most probably why they never sent an invoice. I have filed a complaint with DFPI, waiting for response. James Arnold, if you read this, I can't find you. Like many others, I too have not received any metals at the depository. My father rolled his life savings in IRA money back on January 30th, 2024. I have since inherited his accounts, in the process of opening Beneficiary accounts I have been told by Equity Trust that the metals were never received. When trying to contact my father's sales representative he informed me that he will no longer be working for OGG, because several of his customers were not receiving their metals. I have made numerous attempts to reach someone via phone and email, but have not had any luck. I am very concerned that the money he left me to care for his elderly mother and her property are gone. I am hoping that someone at OGG can see this and take action. Please help me get the metals sent to the depository or issue me a refund for the amount spent on the unreceived metals.

My family and I have lost hundreds of thousnad of $$ to them. I've made complaints to the US commodity futures trading commission, the Attorney General of california. I don't had any answers from Oxford Gold on where my fund is. I keep trying to get in touch with the proprietors but they don't reply after our first conversation either. But company on my photo profile is unique and they are the only ones who consistently deliver good result.
