At this point, it appears Oxford gold group is a scam. I purchased from them in October 2022, transferring my IRA to precious metals. When I later (1.5 years) completed paperwork through Equity to take possession of them in March 2024, I was informed my metals were never delivered to the depository. There is no way for me to obtain them. Oxford does not return calls; initially they did on rare occasion- I was told they "needed more time" or they "will call me back."However I now receive no response from anyone (I have several names/phone numbers/emails). They have all gone silent. Equity does not provide any support in this situation expect to inform that items were never sent to depository- they were unaware of this until I tried to obtain them. The depository is not allowed to answer my questions and will I only talk with Equity. Equity refuses to deal or talk with anyone from Oxford. I am left hanging, seemingly with a loss of my IRA. This is devastating.

I see through this forum I am not alone, as other people have shared the same story. Does anyone know if there are lawsuits in progress? I have never used trustpilot prior to now- is there a way to communicate with other reviewers? If so, I would like to learn of other's interest in bonding together for potential lawsuit.

Also, I see there are positive reviews from some people who have worked with Oxford. Yes, when purchasing metals or transferring an IRA, Oxford was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, if the people who left these positive reviews were to try to obtain their purchases at this time, I will bet they will be in the same boat as myself and many others-- unable to get their metals or cash them in. These people sadly would change their review of the company. I wish I had been warned. I thought I had done enough research. Oxford appeared reputable. I would like to know if they have always been corrupt or if the current situation of customers not being able to access their funds is relatively new? I can say from my experience that this corrupttness has been going on at least since October of 2022 because at that time I was told my metals were sent to the depository, when in fact they never were.

Same stories I’m reading. We bought gold fall of 2023. We have not received it to date. Many calls, which go unanswered or returned. This company is a scam. Buyer beware. Next steps are to let the attorney general know and will file a police report if no solution in the next two weeks. Done with their lies.

I invested $9000.00 in November of 2023 and received a letter from equity trust stating they were no longer doing business with oxford gold because they had not received my gold to LA Brinks.Ive called and left messages with no return calls and did talk to some lady who said they were working on it and she would call me back and let me know how things are going haven't heard back from anyone in weeks. Any suggestions on what i should do?

Oxford Gold Group stole my IRA account to the tune of $109,000. I received a letter from Equity Trust Co., dated February 9, 2024, advising me that Delaware Depository never received my precious metals that were due in their facility in May of 2023!! Oxford will not return my calls or my attorney's calls nor will they respond to emails. I have filed a police report which the police stated this case is a grand theft matter. I also filed a complaint with the State of California Attorney General's Office and a complaint with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office. I am a senior citizen and Oxford stole every cent of my retirement funds! I will be going to the News Stations next!

Oxford Gold Group is a scam, please do not invest.

Absolute disappointed and troubled by Oxford gold group. If not for the equity Trust Company, I would still be unaware to this date, almost a year, this May that my "$50000 in gold and silver had not been deposited in the Delaware depository that Oxford gold had assured me It would be.Three times I've contacted them and three times I have not had my phone call return. Or they told me they would get back with me and did not. I'm started to think I've been taken.

Placed order Oct 17, 2023 and it has not been filled as of January 11, 2024. All their promises seem authentic and genuine, but they have not been fulfilled.

I have nothing but good things to say about my portfolio manager and the level of service I received. Leila explained things to me in an easily understandable manner. I learned things I didn't know about a gold IRA acct. There was a slight issue at one point and a phone call fixed it right up. Leila was friendly and informative. She gave me the knowledge to allow me to feel comfortable buying gold. I recommend this company if you're ready to diversify your account holdings.

Oxford Gold's reputation is well deserved. They are extremely professional and efficient, well prepared for everything. Pierre Kim was great from the minute he picked up the phone, and through the final transaction! I now feel better having a portion of my money invested in something real!!
