I purchased silver coins for the first time. Since I knew very little about what I wanted, Matt did a great job of explaining the different options. He patiently answered all of my questions. It was a good experience and I plan on making more purchasing in the future.

The Oxford Gold Group has been a total pleasure to work with .
From the very first time I called , one of the three managing parters Ped answered the phone ! In a world of call centers overseas and customer service reps who have no vested interest or worse - an answering machine with multiple prompts ; Ped walked me through an easy process of totally converting my traditional 401-K to a self directed IRA . This allowed 100 % of all funds to rollover into this financial institution.
I then had The Oxford Gold Group expedite the forms and purchasing my precious metal went flawlessly and effortlessly !
Everything is clearly documented and not at all intimidating .
I have since worked with Ped two more times purchasing additional metal , and my portfolio has never looked so good !

Pierre Kim was great from start to finish: in Education, Execution and finally Delivery.
Only shortcoming in dealing with Oxford is the length of time it takes to physically receive the product.

The Oxford Gold Group fedex’ed comprehensive background materials on all the different ways to purchase metals. They stated they would call the next day to talk about the material. Pierre Kim, a Senior Account manager, called the next day and he guided, informed, and listened. Not a sales pitch, which was a nice change, but as a financial adviser who put my needs before a “commission”.
We settled on my way forward with the purchase and Mr Kim followed up with emails and phone calls ensuring I was extremely satisfied.
