The Doctor really listens and understands the challenges.

I made an appointment with Susanne rather than my GP because I wanted an appointment with someone who specialised in hormones and HRT and she came highly recommended by a friend. I was nervous to start HRT as I’m cautious about all drugs and supplements. That said I was experiencing serious peri/menopause symptoms that were impacting my life and more specifically my running. I needed to have the space and time to discuss everything in detail. She built a picture of my circumstances and recommended a way forward explaining everything fully and discussing all the options. She has since been on hand to answer all my (many!) questions explaining and making suggestions where necessary. I have had two in-person appointments but Susanne is also super responsive to calls and emails which is reassuring. I have been on HRT for over a year and a half and it’s made a huge difference to my overall well being and fortifying my body moving into the next phase of my life. I would definitely recommend a visit!

At 47 I am just starting my HRT journey. I had so many questions to ask, but at my local drs it all felt so rushed so I was putting it off. Dr Hooper was so lovely and all my questions were answered and I didn’t feel at all rushed . It was explained in detail how it all worked and the correct dosage. Well worth the money in my eyes and I would highly recommend.

Was good to have a proper chance to discuss menopause issues with someone who specialises in this area.

The pre-appointment interaction was was easy and pleasant (both online and on the phone).

Dr Hooper was thoughtful and really nice, she asked what seemed to me like the right questions, and answered mine helpfully. Her suggested treatment so far seems to be in the right direction... and the follow-up letter, summarising what was discussed and providing information to my GP, was thorough and was sent promptly.

Very thorough in going through symptoms and issues and gave good advice. With the new medication plus recommended supplements I feel so much better.

I am very grateful for the help and support provided by this clinic. I was given an appointment very quickly for an MDT with Drs Roux and Hooper. It was worth every penny. I felt very relieved afterwards because my worries and health priorities had been listened to and given careful consideration.
The following day a letter was sent to me and my GP and a perscription organised. My medication arrived within 48 hours.
Both Drs facilitated shared decision making, that as a patient trying to make the best of a bad situation, is very comforting.

It was incredibly informative and Dr Melanie Hacking was very helpful and easy to talk to. I’m thrilled I’ve found the Oxford Hormone Clinic!

Dr was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. Id definitely recommend this clinic.

Really like this clinic. Easy to make an appointment, with good availability. Advice about how and where to park, Oxford can be tricky.
Plenty of time in the appointment to ask questions and get knowledgeable, current, up to date information. No pressure and good follow up.
