I have had an initial consultation and a follow-up appointment with OHC. Both were very positive experiences. Dr Hacking explained everything very clearly, treated me with respect and understanding and I felt I was genuinely listened to. I also want to add that she was approachable and friendly which put me instantly at ease. I found her tailored lifestyle advice (which is up to date), the information she shared and suggested treatment spot on and I feel so much better as a result, both mentally and physically. My treatment has been tailored to my individual needs. I have had a difficult menopause and tried quite a few HRT options that haven't suited my sensitivity to some therapies. 6 years in and brain fog , little or no libido, disturbed sleep, 4 fast tracked appointments for polyps in as many years! So glad OHC was recommended to me. Both of the doctors are knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. I had the blood tests first then my appointment two days later. (Zoom appointments also available) I am already on HRT, but knew it was only helping with some aspects and not all of the issues I wanted to address. Dr Melanie tweaked my medication and now I'm feeling tonnes better and much reassured that I am in good hands going forwards. Sadly the NHS GPs near me just don't seem to have the time or the knowledge to give to menopause and HRT, prescribing standard doses/one size fits all solutions. Can't recommend enough. Lovely people too.

Excellent! I wish all GPs/clinicians and GP centres/surgeries were like this. Dr Hacking and Dr Hooper are professional, competent, attentive and kind.
