Oyster Properties are managing the letting of my Stanmore flat, and I couldn't be happier with them. I had to move abroad for work, and they have managed the entire process from removing and safely storing some of my personal items, finding suitable tenants within a matter of days, arranging for cleaning, spare keys, bill transfer to the new tenants etc. brilliantly. The team around Nick and Gemma are highly professional, always friendly and always very quick and efficient in answering to any enquiries I might have. I highly recommend Oyster Properties.

We are really happy with the great, friendly service. We renting a lovely new home. Thanks, highly recommended.

Horrible!!!!
The maintanance side is just horrible. Avoid at all cost, they lie to you and keep postponding issues even when it comes to something serious as mould.
Vishal, Minal and Cris are the worst employees I ever encountered. They have no idea what's going on in that company and they always just straight up lie to you!

Very Poor customer service, lack of customer service skills , playing around with the customer, wrong information on the website and after calling they informed me about that the property has been sold out although it's been listed as available.
False information as the price on website is 625 for a property in Alie street, London , E1 8NF ( I wish I could put the link) customer representative deny me there ain't any flat on this price, if there is any technical error they should sort it out ASAP even after checking on 4th day that property is still available and the price is same.

1. Their selling agents are good in behaviour.
2. Their maintenance team is horrible mainly their maintenance coordinator.
3. Bad and awful behaviour of their maintenance team
4. They will ignore your call if you raise an issue
5. Unfair deposit deduction without proper justification and proof.
I don't recommend them at all.

Paid a holding deposit for a studio was told that I could move in from a specific date. I had to keep chasing up trying to book a move in date. Constantly told that I have to now wait for referencing and asked for many personal details and told to wait. Next time I call again to attempt to book my move in date was told there was a ‘slight problem’ and that the previous tenant had decided to extend their contract after they finished their notice period. And that I could no longer move in.
I have wasted 2 weeks thinking I had somewhere to live when I could have carried on my property search. Also I would have never been told if I had not been calling up every day to find out what was happening.

This property was also advertised as being furnished or unfurnished and that the landlord was flexible. For me to then be told that the landlord wasn’t flexible and has never furnished any properties.

Also there was not many people in the office who could actually offer me any help and I was constantly told that I would be called back when the certain people were available in which I wasn’t.

This has been a great inconvenience.

This estate agent is so unprofessional, they wont get back to you unless you chase them. They will ignore your phone calls and talk to you in a really unprofessional way.

We had a really terrible experience with them when we tried to rent a property through them. We put an offer on a lovely place which we did not receive an answer or until 2 weeks and that by us trying to call them a few times and being totally ignored. when our offer got accepted referencing took 2 weeks by them and at the end we got told that we need a guarantor for absolutely no reason. When we asked for a valid reason, they simply said that a few people dont pay rent these days and that they do not want bad experience, even though me and my wife are both working and cover the rent.

Finally our deposit was returned to us after taking a whole week to clear.

Absolute waste of time, try to avoid them if you can.
