I WAS SENT A REVIEW OF MY STICKERS WITH…
I WAS SENT A REVIEW OF MY STICKERS WITH A WHITE BORDER OF 15MM ON TOP AND BOTTOM.
IT WAS ON A WHITE BACK GROUNG SO YOU COULD NOT SEE THE BORDER NOW I HAVE $300 WORTH OF STICKERS THAT ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING.
WHEN I CONTACTED OZ STICKERS I GOT I EMAIL SAYING THAT I PICKED OPION ONE, I DID PICK OPION ONE BUT COULD NOT SEE THE BORDER.

A proof is supplied so customers can carefully review and approve all details prior to production, ensuring the final result meets expectations. As shared with you during our investigation, our records show that Option 1 was selected. A reminder to review the proof was also sent in text form, along with an explanation of why multiple options were provided. If any part of the proof was unclear, our team would have been more than happy to clarify or make amendments, free of charge, before approval.
Once a proof is approved, printing proceeds based on that confirmation. As outlined in our terms and conditions, final responsibility for the approved artwork rests with the customer. Our order approval and proofing policy was shared prior to order completion and is also available on the OzStickerPrinting website for reference.
We truly value your business and, as a gesture of goodwill, our offer of a discount on your next order remains open should you decide to give us another opportunity to make this right. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and hope to provide you with a better experience in the future.

I love OZ sticker printing products
I love OZ sticker printing products, i use then on all my products. I have a variety of sizes and shapes. I also have differnt types as i need water proof and lables that look great and last on food products. I highly recommend and will stay with these guys!! great customer service, great pricing and fast delviery.

I ordered die cut stickers and I got just normal rectangular stickers without the sticker being cut around it. however quality was good.

After reviewing your order, we found out that you chose a rectangle shape, so the sticker you received is correct.
For your information, the die-cut supply means that your sticker will be delivered and cut to the desired shape without the need for additional backing.
Anyhow, it appears that you have already placed a new order in the correct shape.
In the future, you can email customer service before placing the order if you have any additional questions or would like more information about the sticker you are about to order.
