A dire il vero dopo aver letto le recensioni ero molto preoccupata per il mio pacco, avevo ordinato sul sito ferwer.it un profumo e non ci speravo più di riceverlo. Invece ieri , come da me richiesto, sono andata a ritirarlo al tabacchi dove l'hanno lasciato. Il pacco è arrivato in 3 giorni lavorativi( non considerando le festività pasquali). Quindi a me è andata benissimo e sono contenta. Bravi puntuali e seri.

Prišiel mi podvodný balík na dobierku.Po prevzatí zásielky som sa snažila stopnúť vyplatenie dobierky odosielateľovi. Doložila som aj zápisnicu od polície, volala som tam 4krat, nič sa robiť podľa ľudí v zákazníckej linke nedalo. Podala som reklamáciu,ani tak sa nedalo nič vybaviť,hoci som žiadala len pozastaviť platbu podvodníkovi, pokiaľ sa prípad vyšetruje.Islo o čas,cca pár hodín. Absurdné je, že som vôbec nič nevyriešila,na nikoho ma nechceli prepojiť a doklad od polície im nestačil,hoci postačuje iným dorucovacim spolocnostiam aj pošte.Nepouzivajte túto spoločnosť.

Non ho ordinato nulla in contrassegno, il famigerato pacco arriva martedì 7 aprile, leggendo i commenti so cosa fare.

Avevo ordinato la Leica da 6000€ a 199€ ... Giusto per fargli spendere soldi di corriere ...é una truffa che arriva dalla Cina . . . Ora non so se BRT PERDE SOLDI , mi dispiacerebbe ....li ho fatti lavorare un po' .... Ma secondo te una macchina fotografica da 6000€ su dai .......😂

Guys beware!!!! Do not receive a package from this courier without checking it carefully and especially do not pay anything to receive cash on delivery through the courier, they are setting up scams, you will be harmed!!!

They lost the package (shipment from Bratislava to Bratislava). They didn’t find it within the 10-day deadline, so I’m left with no money and no goods. They want me to sort it out with the sender, even though they have all the information showing *they* are the ones who lost it. Support claimed there’s no other way to handle it except through the sender. They’re treating me like an idiot who should fix their problems for free. I don’t recommend them.

It’s horrible. It’s slow, and the boxes are damaged. It’s so slow that it never comes on time.

Absolute worst of the worst. Tell Temu not to use these amayeurs. They always deliver my order to pickup points 5-10 km away from my home considering the fact that I have 7 pickup points 20 meters away of my home.

The worst delivery service ever! They refuse to take responsibility for the lost package and instead shift the blame onto the webshop. At the same time, they refuse to provide an official response to that same webshop when asked about the same package. Extremely irresponsible!

Purtroppo ho letto in ritardo le recensioni su questo "Packeta" che mi ha inviato un pacco di ben €120.00 che non ho mai ordinato, con pagamento in contrassegno.
L' ho pagato perché lo ha ritirato un negozio e non io personalmente.
Una bella truffa: si tratta di un siero da spalmare x dolori articolari e muscolari che poi ho controllato su altri siti e costa € 48.00!

I sent a valuable package with Christmas gifts through Packeta, but instead of my package, I received a piece of used clothing. I submitted a detailed complaint twice – once electronically and once via a signed paper statement – providing the exact same information.The complaint was recognized, but the compensation offered was only €3.40, even though the maximum insurance amount was €15. This is completely unacceptable for a lost package of significant value. The process of filing a complaint was unnecessarily complicated and slow, and the compensation does not reflect the value or the inconvenience caused.

Dziś próbowali dostarczyć do mojej firmy paczkę , w środku jakieś ubrania , których nie zamawiałam. Paczka pobraniowa 199 zł. Odmawiać przyjęcia i weryfikować co zamawiacie!!

I received an email stating that my package, which was sent abroad but not collected, could be picked up at the Fót facility. The email specifically warned me not to go on January 1st, as it would be closed. Therefore, I went on January 2nd (Friday), but of course, I found the pickup location closed.

The following week, I tried again, and after a one-hour drive, the staff on site informed me that many people receive similar emails, but they do not know why, because there is no possibility to collect any returned packages there—it’s just a warehouse.

After about 30 minutes of trying in the parking lot, I finally managed to reach a real representative by phone. They told me that they did not understand why I had received the email and that, if I wished, they could return the package to the location from which I had originally sent it. Since then, I have received no news about the package.

I wonder if they will charge me the daily “penalty” of 100 HUF, i.e., a late fee, for not collecting the package from this phantom warehouse within 30 days.

A service of this quality should not exist.

I have a very bad experience, packet fraud is now a daily occurrence, people from third countries are employed and these stolen shipments, instead of the windbreaker I bought, I received Indian shoes. The label was glued and the customer service does not work.

Sehr schlecht zu erreichen, nur virtual agent, der nicht helfen konnte und mein Problem mit Paket wurde nicht gelöst!

Not the first time that they failed to deliver the parcel on time, the promised dates of arrival are never correct so dont expect your parcel in that estimated time, mine always arrive a week or more later.

Nachdem ich auf den Betrug hereingefallen bin werden weitere Nachnamenszustellungen versucht!
