Invece ieri , come da me richiesto, sono andata a ritirarlo al tabacchi dove l'hanno lasciato. Il pacco Ú arrivato in 3 giorni lavorativi( non considerando le festività pasquali). They want me to sort it out with the sender, even though they have all the information showing *they* are the ones who lost it. Support claimed thereâs no other way to handle it except through the sender. Theyâre treating me like an idiot who should fix their problems for free. I donât recommend them.

This is completely unacceptable for a lost package of significant value. The process of filing a complaint was unnecessarily complicated and slow, and the compensation does not reflect the value or the inconvenience caused.

Why doesnât the government examine this company?
I received an email stating that my package, which was sent abroad but not collected, could be picked up at the Fót facility. The email specifically warned me not to go on January 1st, as it would be closed. Therefore, I went on January 2nd (Friday), but of course, I found the pickup location closed.
The following week, I tried again, and after a one-hour drive, the staff on site informed me that many people receive similar emails, but they do not know why, because there is no possibility to collect any returned packages thereâitâs just a warehouse.
After about 30 minutes of trying in the parking lot, I finally managed to reach a real representative by phone. They told me that they did not understand why I had received the email and that, if I wished, they could return the package to the location from which I had originally sent it. Since then, I have received no news about the package.
I wonder if they will charge me the daily âpenaltyâ of 100 HUF, i.e., a late fee, for not collecting the package from this phantom warehouse within 30 days.
A service of this quality should not exist.
