Ho ricevuto un pacco tramite BRT di 101 euro in contrassegno , e lo rifiutato perche' non avevo mai ordinato niente , non so neanche chi sono questi signori " packeta international " il pacco era piccolo e pesava circa 10 grammi . Gli ho detto che non era mio, e il corriere mi ha detto che lo avevo ordinato su Facebook , quando poi io non sono neanche registrato su facebook , e lui mi ha risposto lo mando indietro e rideva , mi da l 'impressione che il corriere sapeva che era una truffa. Certo che BRT dovrebbe tutelare i clienti , sapendo che questi signori sono solo dei truffatori di professione .
Dopo averlo rifiutato, ho fatto una ricerca e grazie alle vostre recensioni, ho scoperto realmente che sono una massa di ladroni .

Have several bad experiences with them. First they were supposed to deliver to a box, but just sent me an email that they will deliver to shop that was far away and open only few hours a day, when I couldn't go there. Almost impossible to contact, when I finally managed to get through to an operator, they told me they can redirect the delivery only to stores, not to boxes - and since many stores don't want to work with them anymore, they have stores that are not well reachable by public transport and open only on weekdays and only few hours. Only option was to let them send the item back and request a refund. The most recent experience is not any better. Their delivery staff placed my label on a package for somebody else and delivered like that. When I tried to get in contact with them, it's almost impossible. I still don't have my package and they didn't even look for it. They request that I print the label and deliver package that was wrongly delivered to their pick up point, without even searching for my package. This was delivery to address, not to a box/store or their pick up points. Also getting in touch with them means spending ages on the phone with useless AI that misheards everyhting before being connected to anybody who can actually understand speech. Lot of wasted money on the phone bill. And absolutely no interest to help from their side, claiming they do not guarantee a delivery time frame, so I could be happy if I ever receive my package.
Avoid at all costs, they are just trying to scam people and companies to pay for service they are not able to provide. And their customer service is one of the worst.

Terrible company. Avoid them at all cost! They lost the package. After almost one month of emailing back and forth and filling out several forms they refunded only the value of the lost item, refused to refund shipping fee, claiming that this is their policy and that is it.

Packeta to oszuści i złodzieje, raz z głupoty i naiwności odebrałem od kuriera przesyłkę za pobraniem 199 zł chociaż nic nie zamawiałem i znalaz łem tam śmieszną za małą bluzę, na pewno nie warta 199, wkurzyłem się niemożebnie ale jakie było moje zdziwko i wku... gdy za 2 tygodnie przyszła taka sama przesyłka a jakże pobranie 199, tym razem nie odebrałem, no i skąd mieli mój adres i nazwisko! jednak jesteśmy łatwowiernym narodem.

Packeta átvette ,utána a csomag nem mozdult a telephelyükről három napon keresztül.
Küldtem egy üzenetet, hogy miért, semmi válasz.
A telefonos ügyfélszolgálat teljesen használhatatlan,mint minden ilyen renszrű autómata rendszer.
Többet semmit sem fogok olyan cégtől rendelni aki ezt a szállító céget használja.
Reklamálni fogok az eladónál is hogy miért ezt a megbízhatatlan céget használja.

Moja mama też odebrała przesyłkę którą przyniósł kurier InPost z pobraniem 199zl. W środku była jakaś badziewna bluza. Sprawa zgłoszona tego samego dnia do InPost, InPost zablokował środki na 5 dni i kazał zgłosić sprawę na policję która zablokuje te środki na dłuższy czas aby nie dostał ich oszust i aby zostały zwrócone mojej mamie . Pan policjant na początku nie był jakoś przychylny że to oszustwo ale mama pokazała mu artykuł o oszustwach i wyłudzaniu pieniędzy w taki sposób, sam coś tam poszperał w internecie na temat nadawcy paczki i sporządził protokół. Na koniec powiedział że policja wystąpi o zwrot pieniędzy do InPost i kurier powinien przynieść pieniążki.

Myślałam że paczka z temu okazało się że to jakaś szmatka za 200zł. Nie polecam oszuści. Brak nadawcy więc nie ma jak zgłosić nawet reklamacji.

Oszuści. Przysłali paczkę której mąż nie zamawiał, ale o tym dowiedziałam się już po fakcie. Zapłacone 199 zł, kurier paczki spowrotem wziąć nie chciął. Poczta Polska się wypieła. Oszuści. Wykorzystują nasze zabieganie.

Nic nie bylo zamawiane a paczka za pobraniem wyslana. Oszusci. Paczki odmawiac. Skad oszusci maja komplet danych email plus adres!

Dzień dobry,
zachęcony reklamą na WP zamówiłem na stronie .tarflow.shop... "T3---Laptop i tablet 2 w 1 – świetna oferta tylko dziś! Pozostało tylko 30 sztuk." mini laptopa za pobraniem , otrzymałem potwierdzenie zamówienia i oczekiwałem na przesyłkę. Przyszła po kilku dniach więc zapłaciłem kurierowi kwotę pobrania. Po rozpakowaniu przesyłki zawartość to jakiś lipny grzejniczek elektryczny. Zwrot towaru jak i kontakt z dostawcą jest niemożliwy. Co ciekawe przesyłka miała dwie etykiety naklejone jedna na drugą, chyba żeby utrudnić identyfikację dostawcy. Na poparcie swojej opinii posiadam stosowną dokumentację i foto. Mój wniosek jest taki, że firma (prawdopodobnie stojąca za Tarflow.shop ) próbuje wzbogacić się na "naiwnych i łatwowiernych" klientach.
Z uczciwością chyba nie ma to wiele wspólnego.

Terrible and ongoing experience. They sent my package over to a third-party courier who failed to deliver my package, meanwhile both companies fail to notify me of that, so I had to send back and forth emails. Absolutely no given reason as to why it was returned, and there was no attempt made at delivery.
I paid a large sum of money for my order and I’m about to involve the law into this negligence on a national and European level.
I will, in addition, spread my experience to any possible platform and forum to bring awareness to not trust this company, especially to handle a package that costs so much.

Az AI ügyfélszolgálat borzasztó. Csinálják már meg, hogy egy élő ember legyen ott és fizessék már meg érte.

You can’t deliver to the right address.
Your system only works with an app — what about people who don’t have or don’t want one?
Customer service is impossible to reach. Even FOXPOST, DHL, and the Hungarian Post are far more reliable.

Egy hét alatt a 3. Csomagommal van baj, vagy eltűnt, vagy üres volt az automata. Mínuszt adnék nem 1-est…

Nie zamawialam żadne przesyłki u Was,, czekałam na inną paczkę i myślałam że to ona i zapłaciłam za szmirowata bluzkę 199zl,, oszukujecie ludzi skąd macie mój adres,, proszę o zwrot pieniędzy.

I ordered from Pest County to Pest County. Nevertheless, they sent my package all the way to a Prague depot as well. The app is full of language errors, often unintelligible, as are the emails and the SMS messages. After ordering there was nothing for days, then they lied that they couldn't put it in the local locker — which I doubt; I don't think they even tried. They asked me to choose another locker. Okay. There were two other ones that might work, I chose one. Again, nothing for days. Then they told me they left my package at a shop one hour away, a place with almost no public transport.... I have no chance to get there on weekdays, and only very limited options on Saturday... For all that, I might as well have picked it up in person from where I ordered it... This is not a service, but a total zero. From what I can see, they even have other people's packages stolen, lost, or smashed... First and last time I used this rubbish. They operate like this across Europe. Is this why Foxpost had to be ruined too? I hope someone more competent takes you over, or just go out of business! What you do is sloppiness, and in many cases also a crime. No one should use them!
