We also really appreciate your comments about the packaging. We supply the brew bags loose reduce costs and unnecessary packaging, but we completely understand how boxed packs would be more convenient for home use. Thank you for taking the time to share your suggestion. ☕

We also appreciate your comments about the decaf brew bags. To help keep costs down and reduce our carbon footprint by using less packaging, we currently don't supply the decaf brew bags in a retail box. We completely understand your preference, though, and really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, which we'll pass on to the team.
