Arrived in bad condition. They blame me.
I ordered Queso Cremoso and paid the refrigerated shipping as they requested.
Arrived with 14C when needed to stay under 4C. Made a claim 15min after the delivery and because of the timezone, they claimed that it was my fault for leaving it 5 hours waiting.
After back and forth they gave me an store credit, not a refund.
Also, they didn't refund the shipping.
TOTALLY unprofessional. Will never buy from them again and would not recommend it because of the useless and unprofessional customer service.

They used to have very good service with prompt delivery of carefully packed items delivered through FedEx. My last two orders have been problematic though. The first went missing with FedEx in Memphis. They offered to resend with my latest order. The latest order has only partially been delivered but with boxes severely damaged and containing items they donât even sell. The packing was not careful as before. Usually the caps of drink bottles were taped shut. One box contained four untaped drink bottles plus a roll of tape marked Industria Argentina, so we all know where it came from. It isnât worth dealing with these people anymore.

I ordered yerba mate from Pampa Direct to Vietnam, but unfortunately the shipment was held at customs due to local import restrictions for food products that I wasn't aware of at the time of purchase. The Vietnamese authorities only allow food imports as personal gifts from person to person and under a certain value, but since this was a commercial shipment from a company, it didn't qualify regardless of the value.
Throughout this challenging situation, Pampa Direct's customer support was outstanding. They responded promptly to all my inquiries, clearly explained the customs issues we were facing, and kept me informed about developments with DHL. When it became clear that the shipment couldn't be delivered due to regulations beyond anyone's control, they processed a full refund without any hassle.
The entire process took a few months to resolve, but their communication was professional and helpful throughout. While the original order couldn't be fulfilled due to external circumstances, I was impressed by how they handled the situation and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Would definitely consider ordering from them again for shipments to countries without such restrictions.
